The Baha’i foundations which are active in permanent development domain

On May, 2008 A.D., a pattern of Bahaism [1] executive plan was presented in the field of rural development in Honduras [2], and Colombia in the 16th session of the UN organization permanent development commission entitled SAT program.

Richards explains in his article (that the Baha’i agency of social-economic development) is doing scientific plans focusing on rural development and their plans are done supported by Baha’i universal center.

In addition to SAT program, another program called “the moral dimensions of climate change: significances for rural and agricultural development of Africa” and permanent development without rural women?” were also presented by the Baha’is.

According to remarks by the representatives of the international community of Bahaism in the united nations, the Baha’is found opportunity to stress on the importance of agriculture in Bahaism universal development strategy in undercover of the program of “food crisis and climate change.”

The infrastructure of the relationship of permanent development program of the united nations goes back the second half of 20th century in the form of the project of science management of “Farzam Arbab”, the previous and influential member of the universal house of justice.

Stating this note, Arbab founded his plan in which at first it was a research plan entitled science, religion and development. It was important because it was a methodology source.

In 1974 A.D., Arbab founded a non-governmental complex called FUNDAEC in Colombia and started serious activity on the basis of development.

The scientific activity of Arbab in Colombia university was focused on economic-social development. When Arbab established the science training and application foundation, he was the representative of Rockefeller foundation in Colombia. Arbab was in touch with Ford foundation of America via cooperating with a person called Abraham Wiseblot, too.

He has appreciated Wiseblot and his services in the beginning of one of his articles. Wiseblot has cooperated with Ford foundation for two years in 1961 A.D. He has been the representative of Ford foundation in India as the receiver of fund to study the productivity of labor force of agriculture. He was also in charge of evaluating the function of research colleagues in Ford foundation.

Regarding the mentioned short introduction, the Baha’i agency of social-economic development is doing scientific projects in 1970 A.D. focusing on rural development exactly since the second half of the 20th century at the same time with double acceleration of executing the project of Baha’i scholarship and the extensive support of the universal house of justice. At this time, America is investing on social – cultural development plan using the opportunity of after World war II funded by Ford, Carnegie and Rockefeller foundations.

Now, the main question is: What is the relationship between executing huge rural development projects with the UN organization development plans and the extensive activities of Ford, Carnegie and Rockefeller foundations?! In which part of executing cultural-social development plan are the Baha’is located?!

The question has been answered by “Edward Berman” in the book “culture control”. According to him, the project of universal government needs cultural dominance in addition to the political one. So, the strategy of unification is of soft and expensive projects which is generally fulfilled by Ford, Carnegie Indoment and Rockefeller foundations.

Although the mentioned foundations are introducing themselves as philanthropic which are in the path of social and cultural development; but in fact, these three foundations have taken on the cultural dominance to strengthen the unique universal government alongside with the secret net of international bankers such as Morgan Chase, Warburg and etc.

Berman explain well that these foundations influence deeply on the foreign policy of America, but 50 years ago, Antonio Gramsci, the Italian Marxist researcher explained about “the cultural dominance” theory and showed that the dominant castes of the community continue their dominance through controlling beliefs and culture.

The following Baha’i collections are mentioned to prove this claim:
