There are many contradictions in the Baha’i [1] heads’ views, so the universal house of justice has tried to answer these contradictions as the main organization of this cult [2] during the current decades even in most time sections it has tried not to publish the main and primary books of this organization which are including contradictions and aren’t scientific and also to make them out of reach. The following contradictions are the first leaders’ ones concerning the equality between men and women:
۱) Is there any privilege between man and woman or men are prior to women?
۲) Are men and women equal in all cases or women are untalented and incapable?!
۳) Is male or female existence in the presence of God?
۴) Are men’s and women’s right equal or women don’t inherit from paternal house?
۵) Must men and women’s rights be equal or women must inherit less?!
۶) The male animal is superior to the female one or not?
۷) If the dead person doesn’t have anything but a residential house, the daughter won’t inherit, will she?
۸) Does a woman have a special position in Bahaism or she doesn’t have any authority for her properties?
۹) The plurality of wives. Yes or no?
۱۰) Is a man allowed to have two wives?
۱۱) The equality of rights or women deprivation of the membership right in the universal house of justice?!
۱۲) The equality of rights or women’s deprivation of Hajj and having equal heirloom with men?
(۱۳) The equality of rights or difference between rural and urban woman’s rights?
۱۴) Does God’s mercy include all people or some women are deprived of it?
