Engineer Mansour Rowhani was of the intimate friends and co-workers of Abdul Karim Ayadi. He can be called as the destroyer of the agriculture of Iran.

Rowhani was born in 1300 S.H. in a Baha’i family in Tehran city.

He was the offspring of Ali Muhammad, the trader of wool cloth in Tehran city. He has changed his shop which was in Naser Khosrow St. in front of Dar-al-Fonoun school into a proselytizing base for the deviant cult of Baha’ism. Her mother was Mansour Shakibel Raqebiyan, the offspring of hajj Muhammad Raqeb who was the Iranian representative in the Ottoman.

Mansour Rowhani was one of the most influential people during Pahlavi periods of time who had worked in water, electricity, agriculture and natural resources ministries for 14 years.

He mechanized the irritation system of Iran with the excuse of constructing dam and made ducts and drains dry. So, he damaged the agriculture and made villagers to immigrate towards cities.

Hojabr Tazdani called him servant. Cooperating with Hojabr Yazdani as the seditions person is one of the other samples of his heavy report paper.
