One of the tricks of the Colonial organization [1] of Bahaism to protect its members is frightening them of the consequences of being separated from this organization and they create fear since childhood in the members’ minds. Thus, the following is narrated by Ataullah Qaderi, the ex-Baha’i concerning the mentioned topic entitled “the consequences of life independent from Bahaism [2].
Apart from all persecutions, not having experiences about independent life from the organization is important. All Baha’is and we were accustomed to live under the shadow of the cult. Even if we wanted to be independent, we did not have enough experience to live independently.
Maybe, this issue can’t be believed by Muslims: How can’t a person; for instance, a physician, the general manager of a company or a person who is in charge of a shop or… is mature and runs a life dare to live independently. However, this issue is induced in people since childhood that turning against Bahaism causes many problems and physical and spiritual calamities, the power of managing independent life will never grow.
Spiritual boycotting put a lot of pressure on a person. They were said there will be nobody to bury you when You die in future. Or you will remain alone in future and it will cause fear.
Generally speaking, everybody is waiting for is the ex-Baha’i to be afflicted by problem, while I know many ex-Baha’is who are living in tranquility; for example, Mr. Shamsuddin Babaiyan became Muslim years before me He got married with a Muslim woman and they have a good and tranquil life or my wife’s paternal uncle’s son, Hejran Masoudi who became Muslim years ago in Urmia
Bahaism is continually creating horror. From the past, there was this custom that they exaggerate such issues as a barrier for leaving members: Did you see such and such left and was afflicted by such calamity. Everybody who leaves, will become so… . However, if you leave and you have problem and don’t have money, return cos Bahaism will help you.
There was a Baha’i person in Miandoal who was hard up with money, too. Nevertheless, he was good and plain. He had a social intercourse with me in order to become familiar with Islam. He said: I just want to swear to become Muslims to make my soul relaxed and to remove the pressures caused by the organization and my lies.”
The organization figured out his relationships with me. It transferred him to Tehran city and provided a house in Tehran for him and a job in Karaj city to desalinate him.
For this reason, all members’ actions are being investigated and if Bahaism is criticized in a gathering, it will be reported to higher levels immediately to be kept using various tricks when it is needed.
The preservation board is recording the slightest issue like the people who are in charge of security affairs in various countries including family interests, the extent of attaching to wives and offspring, doing religious duties and organizational Baha’i measures. The relationship between that person and me was reported by the preservation board; otherwise not only himself but also his wife have become one of the pillars of organization in Tehran city.
Basically, all the actions done by the organization for the person’s life are creating attachment. Most Baha’is have in fact remained Baha’is not due to believing in Bahaism, but due to being afraid of the independent life and not being supported by the organization.
There were many Baha’is who wished to be in my shoes but they were afraid and didn’t dare to divulge. They consider leaving Bahaism as being accompanied by hunger and spiritual and physical extreme poverty; while it isn’t so. God is the greatest and provider.
Nowadays, Bahaism has been ordered to continue its relationships with ex-Baha’is to make them return using a series of tactic changes. Using this instruction, people such as Mr. Shamsuddin Babaiyan who had announced his turning to Islam before 1370 S.H. turned to Bahaism by writing a letter of baptism secretly.
Bahaism organization also transferred Mr. Moharram Tizfahm, one of the Baha’is of Urmia to Tehran city and provided a job in construction that made him become so wealthy.
He also wrote a letter of repentance and helped the organization very much. However, they couldn’t make w return to Bahaism.
Living out of organization dominance is an art. As if taking a sapling out of sapling-grove to plant in its original position. This sampling will encounter all kinds of problems.
Sometime, we were encountered with a kind of extreme poverty like a kid who is alone without its parents’ supports. So, the new life was really hard particularly at first.
Of course, this hardship and exiting the dominance and meddling of the organization were accompanied with happiness, too. Now, we are merited to be considered as admirable slaves of God.
My wife and I condoled each other and reminded positive notes of our new tendency for each other. Notes such as educating our offspring independently, real believing in God not believing in Bahaism god and etc.
My wife and I had no job for 4 years and a half, while the Bahaism organization was extremely trying to allure us. They annoyed us very much. They were saying to us: It is not matter to become Muslim. Just don’t reveal.
Eventually; after 4 years, the governor of Miandoab, the Excellency Babaee introduced me to the general manager of Oghab concrete company to work as a worker. I was busy there for a year and a half. Our life was really hard. I was continually saying: “We are. God’s guests. I have traded with God.”
