The analysis of changing phase in the behavioral pattern of the Zionistic organization of Bahaism

This strategic report investigates the strategic position of the Baha’is after finishing the active and tense stage of the current riots depending on two documents attributed to national Baha’i assemblies in Germany and Australia [1] and also the materials published by the Baha’i [2] activists in Telegram.

Finishing the riot oriented phase which was accompanied by direct, expensive and challenging confrontation is considered as entering into a new phase of action which is called “soft matching”. In this phase, the center of gravity of activities is changed from field and overt measures to net actions, gradual influence and long-termed erosion. To survive and continue its movement in the course of its aims, the Baha’i organization selected low action strategy inside the country and maximum influencing outside the country as its main policy and tried to strike a balance between decreasing the interior security expenses and increasing exterior pressures.

Subsiding the rudimentary wave of oppositions and decreasing riot-like sights in one side increased the possibility for identifying and confronting the overt activity centers directly and in another side the facilities for reconstructing nets and influencing on less observable spaces were provided.

The analyses indicate that the capacity for subsurface covert activities which were based on network connections was amplified and necessary field for calm gradual and cheap actions has been provided although the intensity of physical and street confrontation has been declined.

In medium domain, having relationship with media and posing issues related to human rights are merely limited to definite people who are confirmed by national or international assemblies and each kind of interview, comment or producing independent content by other people are considered as forbidden or in lack of organizational righteousness.

Additionally, all sensitive messages, reports and measures must be passed through formal and confirmed channels in order for complete alignment to be and preserved with strategic massive guidelines and for the occurrence of inconsistent messages to be prevented.

At the same time with closing public spaces, a new pattern of social influence has been paid attention which is concentrating on the minor layers of society. This pattern is based on locality orientation, strengthening family and friendly relationships and reconstructing social capital in minor scale.

A scale whose monitoring and identifying will be difficult for security foundations. In this framework, using family and social traditional networks for transferring gradual and informal messages is replaced by direct dependence on public and overt platforms

Also, concentrating on low risk service educational and social activities as a means for improving public sight and reconstructing minor social investment are stressed.
