Providing opportunities to riot and also educations for preventing to be identified, escaping and the method of confronting against interrogators’ questions at arrestment time show well that we don’t confront with emotional and cross-sectional behavior, but we face an organized and planned action.
During the recent years, when riots have been emerged in the country, the name of Bahaism has been posed as one of the influential factors in this movement and documents have shown that they have always been the gamers of riots. However, why have the agents of the Bahaism organization fueled the unrests? Which aims are they following?
Here is an interview with Amir Hussein Kamel Nawwab:

– Where have the differences between Bahaism and the Islamic Republic originated when traces of Bahaism are found in riots? Does Bahaism have problem with the nature of the Islamic Republic?
– It is interesting to be known that the problem of Bahaism isn’t merely limited to the Islamic Republic. Their problem is basically with Iran [10] as a historical land and identity. In fact, in literature and teachings of Bahaism organization, Iran is defined as “the holiest land”; a land which must be dominated by the Baha’i government and killing non-Baha’is is of the first Baha’i duties, too.
-This intellectual framework practically shows that Bahaism confrontation is not cross-sectional and related to a special political system in Iran!
– Yes, according to these teachings, Bahaism confrontation against Iran has repeated during various historical periods of time. During Qajar era, Babis rioted, killed, usurped and assassinated Naser al-Din Shah and created restlessness extensively in the country. During Pahlavi period of time, Baha’is play an active and influential role in power structure and changing the original culture of people. For example, Reza Khan gained power supported by Baha’i nets. Generally speaking, Bahaism behavior during all periods of time has been defined to be in contrast to identity, independence, and national interest of Iran and Iranian people.
– It can be said that conditions like riots are ideal opportunities for Bahaism to misuse to achieve their aims and it is natural for them to be really active in such circumstances. Is it so?
– Yes, it is. Since its emergence, this movement has been dependent on external powers such as colonial centers and opposition movements. In such framework when they find an atmosphere such as riot, they have become more active than before.
-So, it can be said that their traces. can be observed in all riots, is it so?
– Yes, it is. In 1388 S.H. riots, this cult’s presence was serious and organized. This pattern was repeated in 1398 riots and 1401 S.H.
In recent solar month of Day, Bahaism tried hard to exploit its media capacity like satellite nets and active pages in the social media to intrigue its followers and a part of public thoughts to riot, destruction and making fire. Of course, alongside with these media activities, educations were offered to prevent to be identified and to escape not to be arrested and even the method of confronting against interrogators’ questions. A measure which indicates that we don’t confront with emotional and cross-sectional behavior, but we face an organized and planned action.

– Bahaism is not a religion, but it is a political organization. Speak about the time when Bahaism depended on the colonial powers?
– Since its emergence, Bahaism heads were searching to attract foreign powers’ supports. First Czar Russia and then Britain whose clear example is the knighthood medal bestowed to Abdul Baha by the British government. After that America and then the Zionistic regime were supporters of Bahaism. Even, one of the prominent people of this cult that’s Shogi Effendi’s wife called Rouhieh Maxwell has openly declared that Baha’is and Israel’s fates resemble the loops of a chain related to each other!
– Consequently, it can be concluded that contrary to some people’s beliefs Baha ism is a political movement more than be an independent religion?
– Basically, this the claiming for Bahaism to be an independent religion is not acceptable because the divine religions such as Zoroastrian, Judaism, Christianity possess the divine root and each one has been sent down by a divine prophet to direct human being, but Ali Muhammad Shirazi (entitled Bab), the founder of this movement was executed by Amir the great in 1266 A.H. due to extensive riots. First the claimed for being the gate for Imam of the Time (P.H.) himself and then for prophethood and next for divinity position. These clear theological and clear fluctuations are indicating for the lack of coherent religious framework. The cults such as Babism, Bahaism and the like are formed to provide the mundane ambitions and power-seeking.
– Basically, how was Babism [11] formed and changed from a religious claim into a political organization?
– After Bab’s death and exiling Babis to Iraq, the domestic differences intensified. In this period of time, a group of Babis headed by Hussein Ali Nouri founded a new movement called Bahaism. This movement gradually distanced from a religious claim and became a disciplined administrative and political organization during Abbas Effendi and then Shogi Effendi’s one; so that, the Baha’s are present in very sensitive and various points of the world today even in distant regions despite of claiming for fixed population of nearly seven million people. In fact, the unusual dispersion and the deep relationship of the organization with America and Israel shows that religious function is not religious at all, but it plays the net and intelligent service role for the centers of colonial power.
– Baha’is are confronted when they commit crimes. Nowadays, how and how many Baha’is are residing in Iran? Do they have limitations?
– Although the Bahaism itself exaggerated in announcing the statistics and presented number which is more than reality, but in our country nearly one hundred Baha’is are living.
– However, the foreign media are claiming for their citizen rights in Iran which violated?
– A great part of this narration making is induced by media. Even, most of those who repeat these claims don’t have any objective sample of their Baha’i relatives to be imprisoned. Of course, it must be forgotten that if a person commits destruction, riot, robbery or violence, he/she will be confronted legally and the issue is a crime. It is not a belief. The rioter will be arrested due to violating the law not due to belief whether he/she is Muslim or Baha’i.
