The Bahaism claim about “the cognitive war” of Iran using the artificial intelligence:
The Bahaism [1] organization agency published a material dated Shahrivar [2], 27 citing the information published by Anthropic company and claimed for running an influential operation by Iran against Baha’is exploiting Claude artificial intelligence in soft war and cognitive war domains.
The formal source of Bahaism has introduced “the Islamic culture and communications organization (ICCO)”, “the Islamic propagation office of Khorasan Radhavi” and “Bina cultural observatory” as the agents of this operation and has claimed for these foundations to be active against the Baha’i minority in the form of producing content of “counter-narratives” (anti-narration) and also to try to gather data related to people and foundations that are related to this movement particularly the names related to opposition.
It seems the Bahaism organization has defined each kind of research-oriented and study activity concerning this movement in Iran as “influence operation” and tries to introduce research-oriented and scientific measures of critics or researchers of this field in the framework of cognitive war against itself. Also, it is claimed that this organization and its supporters interpret scientific and study researches related to Bahaism using such titles by monitoring the activities of the cyberspace.
This approach is originated from this fact that Bahaism is sensitive with criticizing teachings, theological principles and the function of some of its followers and considers it as a factor to clarify the various dimensions of this movement.
In other side, this issue once again poses questions regarding the extent of adherence some institutions which are active in the field of cyberspace and artificial intelligence with moral principle, privacy protection of users and protecting data related to scientific and research-oriented activities.
