An interview with Mr. Ezzatullah Behin Aeen

I became aware that a man who has been the chairman of the Baha’i assembly of Kohkilouyeh and Bour Ahmad for about 25 years has turned against Baha’ism and has become a Shiite Muslim. He lives near Isfahan. I established connection with him through one of my friend who is the chief clergyman for Friday prayers in Baharestan. He confessed all immoral and inhuman programs and aims of Baha’is and has pointed out all of them clearly. Because I can’t mention all of his speeches; but it is adequate to mention some of his reason for turning against Baha’ism.

His name is Ezzatullah Behin Aeen and he is 70. All of his ancestors are Baha’i. He has proselytized for 25 years in Dehshoureh village in Kohkilouyeh and Bour Ahmad. All the members of his fimily are Baha’i now. Just he himself has turned against Baha’ism.

What’s happened that you became a Shiite Muslim?

The feeling of truth seeking was flaming in my essence when I was a young man. So that, I promised myself to surf about Baha’ism I said to myself: “If Baha’ism were true, I would spend all of my time and life in serving it. Nevertheless, the more I studied, the less I found the answers for my questions. My questions became vaguer and more complicated. I posed three question in the Baha’i spiritual assembly. I gave them a grace period of 3 months to answer my question properly. During these 3 month, 11heads of Baha’is were debating me; but none of them answered back truly. After 3 months, I went to Yasouj to turn to Islam through a clergyman. The three questions are as follows:

  1. In various traditions of the holy prophet (pbuh), it is stated that Imam Mahdi (P.H.) is Imam Hassan Askari’s son and is the holy prophet (P.H.)’s one. Thus, his father must be Hussein ibn Ali (P.H.) and his mother must be Narjes Khatoun; while Seyyed Ali Muhammad Bab’s parents weren’t so.
  2. In different traditions it is stated that Imam Mahdi (P.H.) will be hidden for a long time; while all of Ali Muhmmad Bab’s lifetime has been 33 years; so he can’t be called Imam Zaman.
  3. On page 10, lesson 8 in his book, Bahaullah claimed to be God; while the claim isn’t compatible with wisdom and a human can’t be God.

Please tell us something about Baha’is ethics behaviors and activities?

Apparently, Baha’is are sociable and good tempered to establish a good relationships among people; otherwise, they are inferiors and noxious. They eat bacon and drink alcoholic beverages most of the time. They assume Bahaullah as God and accumulating wealth is of their great aims. They are bigoted. A person who turns against Baha’ism, he/she will be disturbed by them. For instance, when I became Muslim, they rushed into my house and beat me. They believe in unveiling as Tahereh Qoratul Ein did. Getting married with confidants in Baha’ism. They make the other people’s house fire. They fornicate and drink alcoholic liquors. They were doing their deeds secretly; but now they do them freely.
