The Sunni clergyman Abdul Hamid, the Sunni leader of Friday prayer emphasized in the sermons of the Friday prayer that all Iranian people’s rights must be regulated even the Baha’is ones. He stressed on all minorities including the Baha’is as Iranians and considered the criterion for regulating people’s rights in the country as the Iranian nationality and added the people’s beliefs mustn’t be assumed as a reason for violating their rights[1].

The Answer:

  • Abdul Hamid, do you know you are preaching Baha’ism movement with your statements? Do you know that Baha’ism is the manifestation of atheism and the enemy of Islam belief due to rejecting monotheism practically, rejecting resurrection and the promised one of Islam and deviating the verses concerning the day of judgment and rejecting the finality of the holy prophet of Islam (P.H.)?![2]

Don’t you know that Bab movement announced Islam as abolished in Badasht gathering.

Do you that even the Sunni religious leaders have issued verdict concerning this issue that the Baha’is are unbelievers and apostate in addition to Shia scholars?! Al-Azhar has issued decree that: “indeed, Baha’ism is a false creed. It isn’t in common with Islam. They don’t belong to the Jewish and the Christian, too. If a Muslim obeys it and believes in, he/she will be apostate and out of the religion of Islam. Surely, Baha’ism includes beliefs which are against Islam and Islam has completely negated and rejected them.[3]

  • According to the Constitution texts, the divine religions have been recognized officially and their followers’ rights are being regulated. Even the followers of non-divine and unofficial beliefs in Iran will be encountered morally and their humane right will be considered as respectful if they don’t plan against the country and Islam.[4]

Consequently, the followers of Baha’ism in Iran have possessed the humane rights and believing in Baha’ism isn’t a crime like believing in other cults in Iran as long as it doesn’t violate the law and it doesn’t have any limitation.

However; O’ the Excellency Abdul Hamid, did you study the Baha’is bill of indictment?! Shouldn’t those who introduce themselves as Baha’is or proselytize for the deviant cults and spy for the arrogant against Islam and the Islamic Republic of Iran be encountered and smashed?! Should those who trample the condition for being the Baha’is[5] and even the condition of the law possess the same rights as other citizens?! Doesn’t the Baha’ism organization exploit you?!
