After some Baha is held a ceremony openly to celebrate their religious one on March 21, 2009 A.D. in a village in the South of Egypt, their houses were attacked and the Islamic association of Al-Bohoth of Al-Azhar issued a statement against the Baha’is. The members of this association held a meeting headed by Dr. Mohammad seyyed Tantawi Al Azhar Sheikh and announced: \u201cThe Baha\u2019i faith<\/a> is not related to the divine religions and is away from religious teachings and followers. They are a misled group which aren’t related to the religions.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It has been emphasized in the statement that: \u201cBaha’ism movement is a Zionistic one serving Zionism interests and aims in the world. They are searching for sedition, destruction and degeneration in various parts of the world particularly in Muslim and Arabic communities.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In its fetwa, this association depended on previous fetwas of supreme scholars of Al-Azhar headed by Sheikh Jadul Hagh Ala Jadul Hagh and Sheikh Hassnin Makhlouf’s (the previous clergyman of Egypt) fetwa. It emphasizes that a person who accepts Baha’ism is apostate due to the sedition of this cult.<\/p>\n

The pursuit committee of this association has already presented a report to Al-Azhar sheikh and had introduced Baha\u2019ism as a deviant cult:<\/p>\n

\u201cDue to the corrupt beliefs of Baha’ism, Israel is supporting this cult because the main center of it is located at Israel. The leaders of the cult ask their followers to try to destroy all holy places like Mecca, Medina, Jerusalem and the prophets and Imams’ holy Shrines. Also; according to them, Ha, Hajj is the pilgrimage of a house resided by Baha.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The then constitution of Egypt is recognizing just Islam, Christianity and Judaism officially. As explained in the above photo, the then minister of endowment of Egypt has taken a strong position against the deviant cult of Baha’ism and has considered this cult as the agent of enemy (the Zionism) which is spying for the kid- killer and usurp regime of Israel like its measures in Iraq.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In 2008, the Egyptian court issued a verdict to agree putting a \u201d-\u201c signal in religion part in the ID cards of the Baha’i people. Its aim was to prevent dangers of people and the relations of this cult with the community members.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Al-Azhar scholars rejected the court vote and emphasized on the decision to be a judicial withdrawal that must be cancelled soon. Because Islam doesn’t recognize the Baha\u2019i creed which is against the humane temperament.<\/p>\n
