May the blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, the last of prophets, on his family, and all his companions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>Resolution No. 34 (9\/4) <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/bahaismiran.com\/?s=Baha%E2%80%99ism&amp;lang=en\">Baha\u2019ism<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>The Council of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, holding its 4th session in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on 18\u2013\u06f2\u06f3 Jum\u0101d\u0101 al-Akhira 1408h (6\u2013\u06f1\u06f1 February 1988),<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>Based on the resolution adopted in the 5th Islamic Summit Conference held in Kuwait on 26\u2013\u06f2\u06f9 Jum\u0101d\u0101 al-\u016al\u0101 in 1407h (26\u2013\u06f2\u06f9 January 1987), the Council of the Academy was requested to issue a ruling regarding the destructive sects which are incompatible with the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>Having considered the dangers it poses to the Ummah and the support it receives from anti-Islamic entities, having listened to the in-depth discussions regarding the core beliefs of this sect and after ascertaining that al-Baha, the founder of this sect:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>claimed to be a messenger,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>claimed that what he has authored is a revelation that was sent down to him,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>called all the people to believe in his prophethood,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>rejected that the Messenger of All\u0101h SAW is the seal of the messengers,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>said that the books that have been revealed to him abrogate the Noble Quran,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>believed in reincarnation,<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>In light of what al-Baha has deliberately changed and abolished from the many subsidiary matters of Fiqh, such as:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>changing the number of the prescribed prayers and their timings, by increasing them to nine prayers that are to be performed at three specific times (three prayers at each specific time), during the morning, during the afternoon, and at night,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>changing the Tayammum (the ablution performed in the absence of water or due to medical necessity) by saying Bismillah al-Athar al-Athar (In the name of All\u0101h, the purest, the purest),<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>changing the number of days of fasting (in Ramadan) to nineteen days that ends on the Celebration of Nayruz on the twenty-first of March, every year,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>changing the Qibla (direction of prayer) to the house of al-Baha located in Acre, in occupied Palestine,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>prohibiting Jihad,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>abolishing the capital punishments,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>making the men and women equal in regard to the amount they receive in inheritance,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>making usury permissible,<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>Having examined the research papers concerning the Areas of Islamic Unity which warned against destructive movements that split the Ummah, disrupt its unity, and break it into sects and parties, which leads to apostasy and being distant from Islam,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>Resolves:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>Considering the claims of al-Baha\u2019s prophethood, the claims that he received a revelation that the books revealed to him abrogated the Quran, that he has changed many of the established Shariah rulings, and that he has rejected matters that are known to be essential matters of the religion,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>As a result of these matters, the rulings of the disbelievers are applied to him by consensus of the Muslims.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>Recommendation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>Islamic organizations all over the world must confront this heretical trend whose objective is to undermine the Islamic creed, law, and way of life.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>Indeed, All\u0101h is All-Knowing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>Reference:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/iifa-aifi.org\/en\/32312.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>International Islamic Fiqh Academy<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>https:\/\/thebahaitruth.com\/<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Keep in touch with us: \u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:bahaismiran85@gmail.com\"><strong>bahaismiran85@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In the Name of All\u0101h, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful Praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
