Concerning the reason for his imprisonment and the leaders of the Baha\u2019i organization in Iran said: \u201cThe major accusations of the leaders of the Baha\u2019i community had been mentioned as \u201cspying\u201d, \u2018the proselytizing activity against the system of government of the Islamic republic of Iran\u201d, \u201cestablishing and expanding the illegal organization.<\/p>\n<p>Introducing the interrogation period as the most difficult one of his conviction, Rezaee rejected the spying accusation from the Baha\u2019is and didn\u2019t explain about the Baha\u2019is reporting to the foreign organs. He also mentioned that: \u201cThe anti-spy office of the intelligent service of Iran had issued a letter that there isn\u2019t any document concerning our spying till the date of our arrest. That is, the intelligent service itself had mentioned it.\u201d Rezaee also considered disobedience of the prison laws in wearing uniform for referring to hospital as the reason for his oppression and praised the Baha\u2019is successful propaganda against the Iranian government resorting to pretending to be oppressed.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\">The Notes:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One of the crimes considered for the leaders of the Baha\u2019ism organization has been establishing and expanding the illegal organization. An accusation which was rejected by this member of the Baha\u2019i organization. The adventure was as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following the rule by the Attorney General\u2019s office in 1362 S.H., concerning the cancellation of the Baha\u2019ism organization in Iran<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>, the spiritual assembly of the Baha\u2019is of Iran sent a letter to the Attorney General\u2019s office and claimed in one of its paragraphs: \u201cAll Baha\u2019i centers is cancelled in Iran. So, nobody is considered as Baha\u2019i in Iran.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, the Baha\u2019ism organization didn\u2019t bond with its commitments practically. It sought to remain the Baha\u2019ism organization by changing its name and keeping its assemblies\u2019 efficiency under the name of \u201cthe companions of Iran\u201d. Eventually; in 1387 S.H., its seven main members were arrested. Once again, the then prosecutor announced all the organizational activities of the Baha\u2019ism organization as illegal: \u201cThe organization of the deviant cult of Baha\u2019ism has been illegal and informal in all categories and its dependence on Israel and their opposition against Islam is evident and its danger against the national security is documented. It is necessary for each kind of alternative organization will be encountered based on rules<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>.\u201d Anyway, how does Saeed Rezaee, as one of the members of the Iranian Baha\u2019i organization consider clear crimes such as keeping and establishing illegal organization in the country as accusation?!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One of the other cases considered by Saeed Rezaee as accusation was proselytizing against the system of government and spying; while a glance at formal and informal networks of the Baha\u2019ism organization in the country and the Baha\u2019is cooperation against the Islamic Revolution from 1388 riots to 1396 oppositions and etc. will reveal Rezaee\u2019s blackmail in these cases<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Of course, the treacherous history of Baha\u2019ism isn\u2019t limited to the period of the Islamic Republic of Iran and history narrates spying of the Baha\u2019i leaders and followers from its establishment till now. The members of the Baha\u2019ism organization are responsible for gathering information and sending it to the universal house of justice in Israel in order to be used by the countries which support the Baha\u2019ism spying organization.<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saeed Rezaee is claiming for not existing any document in the Iranian intelligent service concerning the members to be spies. It means after being arrest, information concerning spying of the hidden organization which is related to Israel has been discovered. Because otherwise he was saying no document wasn\u2019t found concerning the spying of the members of the Baha\u2019i hidden and illegal organization during trial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It is interesting to be known that the leaders of the illegal organization of Baha\u2019ism in Iran didn\u2019t obey the country rules and had no obligation to dissolve their organization. They also continued their disobedience in prison. To such an extent that Saeed Rezaee proudly mentions his stubbornness in disobeying the authorities to wear prison uniform for a medical visit! It is the fact of cult introduces itself as the follower of sovereignty.
