The Baha\u2019i commandments-part 41<\/span><\/h2>\n

Intellectually, adultery is an irrational and abscene issue. As the holy Quran has continually mentioned:<\/p>\n

\u201c\u0648\u064e \u0644\u0627 \u062a\u064e\u0642\u0652\u0631\u064e\u0628\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0632\u0651\u0650\u0646\u0649\u200f \u0625\u0650\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0643\u0627\u0646\u064e \u0641\u0627\u062d\u0650\u0634\u064e\u0629\u064b \u0648\u064e \u0633\u0627\u0621\u064e \u0633\u064e\u0628\u0650\u064a\u0644\u064b\u0627\u201d [\u0627\u0633\u0631\u0627\/\u06f3\u06f2]<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd come not near unto adultery. Lo! It is an abomination and an evil way.\u201d [Al-Isra\/32]<\/p>\n

The verse doesn\u2019t say not to commit adultery. It is said in the verse that not to approach it, even.<\/p>\n

It should be known that adultery causes the basis of family to be weakened. It leads to kinds of diseases and the element of kindness will be removed in the family.<\/p>\n

It is good to pay attention to the Excellency Bahaullah\u2019s view. Concerning adultery to see what the prophet of atom century\u2019s\u00a0 opinion is.<\/p>\n

\u201cGod has ruled for each man and woman who commits adultery to pay atonement to the universal house of justice which is equals to nine methqals of gold and if it happens for the second time, it will be necessary for him\/her to pay double. This is a verdict from the owner of heavens.[1]<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n

Can adultery be confronted and prevented by this verdict?<\/p>\n

The Excellency Bahaullah has also said:<\/p>\n

\u201cMerely your fathers\u2019 wives are illegitimate for you to get married (not your mothers)[2]<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the Baha\u2019ism<\/a>, getting married with father\u2019s wife is illegitimate and the Baha\u2019is believe that the commandment for other intimates haven\u2019t been stated. Also, the universal house of justice has obliged the Baha\u2019is themselves to decide about this issue and said: The UHJ doesn\u2019t consider this position to be appropriate to issue complimentary rules concerning getting married with the intimates.[3]<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n

It is should be known that the verdict of getting married with the intimates haven\u2019t been mentioned in the book Aqdas and other Baha\u2019i book!<\/p>\n
