In his recent report, Ahmad Shahid claimed for systematic repression of the Baha\u2019is of Iran and introduced being Baha\u2019i in Iran as crime. However, appointing special reporter for the Baha\u2019is who had defended terrorism before indicate the binary behavior of the United Nations concerning the issue of human rights.<\/p>\n
In a report presented in 49th<\/sup> session of human rights council in Geneva in which the Baha\u2019i international community (BIC) was present, the claim for the Baha\u2019is oppression in Iran was particularly investigated. According to Ahmad Shahid, the Baha\u2019is activities to express their beliefs have been considered as crime.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Answer to Ahmad Shahid\u2019s report:<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n \u06f1- Why has a special reporter for the Baha\u2019is human right been appointed?! Why hasn\u2019t a special reporter for racism and Islamophobia been appointed!<\/p>\n \u06f2- The reporter isn\u2019t impartial. Ahmad Shahid goes from a TV. Program to the other Persian one and takes position against the Islamic Republic of Iran! In Ahmad Shahid\u2019s reports against Iran, he has even defended terrorism!<\/p>\n All people who have been arrested or punished in Iran have been introduced as the defenders of human rights in Ahmad Shahid\u2019s reports[1]<\/a><\/p>\n \u06f3- It is claimed in the report that a new law considers being Baha\u2019i as a crime in Iran! However, Ahmad Shahid who resembles more to the spokesman of the Baha\u2019is than the special reporter of the United Nations didn\u2019t point to the law text! Which law?!<\/p>\n \u06f4- Expressing and proselytizing Baha\u2019ism belief in Iran is against the Baha\u2019i principles[2]<\/a>. The Baha\u2019i leaders have called their followers to obey the governments! Why hasn\u2019t Baha\u2019ism been bond with its principles and disobeyed its leaders\u2019 order?!<\/p>\n \u06f5- Contrary to Baha\u2019i organization no one in Iran encounters limitations such as occupation and education just because of believing in Baha\u2019ism<\/a>. As many Baha\u2019is are working and educating in Iran. Of course, announcing the membership in the Zionistic organization of Baha\u2019ism can have limitations for the members.<\/p>\n It is suggested to the Excellency Ahmad Shahid to consider the unjust sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran as clear violation of human rights.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
