The Baha\u2019ism<\/a> organization has introduced Farhad Fahandej\u2019s crime as believing in Baha\u2019ism while he has been one of the active proselytizers and leaders of the illegal organization of Baha\u2019ism in Gorgan city. A person whose condemnation in 1360s couldn\u2019t prevent his illegal activities. According to Baha\u2019i leaders\u2019 commandments and the Baha\u2019ism organization commitment, the Baha\u2019is must be bond with the Iranian law.<\/p>\n

Frahad Fahandej is one of the Baha\u2019i criminals whose verdict was accompanied with many advertisements in the cyberspace. The Baha\u2019ism media have tried to introduce his believing in Baha\u2019ism as his crime and merited to be punished.[1]<\/a><\/p>\n

However, is Farhad Fahandej\u2019s crime is to believe in Baha\u2019ism to be committed to be imprisoned for 16 years?!<\/p>\n

Farhad Fahandej was condemned not due to believing in Baha\u2019ism but due to active proselytizing and leading the Baha\u2019ism movement during the years 1363 S.H. and 1391 S.H. for 16 years. On the other hand, Frahad Fahandej was condemned again because his 6-year condemnation couldn\u2019t prevent his anti-Islamic and anti-government activities.[2]<\/a><\/p>\n

The Baha\u2019i media justified his condemnation and said that Farhad Fahandej proselytized for Baha\u2019ism as counsellor and was active in leading the illegal organization of Baha\u2019ism. A hostile organization which was collapsed again in 1391 S.H. in a common operation by arresting Farhad Fahandej and other members of Baha\u2019ism organization in Gorgan (Siyamak Sadi, Payman Markazi, Fo\u2019ad Fahandej, Kamal Kashani, Farahmand Sanaee).<\/p>\n

Some notes concerning the condemnation of the elements of the Baha\u2019ism organization in Gorgan city.<\/p>\n

  1. The Baha\u2019ism organization is considered as an organization related to hostile government of Zionism. Prior the Islamic Revolution, it had dominated the country and military pillars to fulfill it\u2019s the west world plans in the Islamic Iran. It was sending its reports of activities to the western countries.[3]<\/a> An organization which was seeking for overthrowing and establishing the Baha\u2019i government.[4]<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. The Baha\u2019ism organization tried to prevent the victory of the Islamic Revolution and merely 12 days after the victory of Islamic Revolution, it cooperated with the spying nest of America, it continued its betrayals against the Iranian country.[5]<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. The anti-national and anti-religious natures of Baha\u2019ism caused the Islamic Republic of Iran to announce the Baha\u2019i organization and assemblies in Iran as illegal officially and to command it to be disbanded. In a message, the Baha\u2019ism leadership accepted the Baha\u2019ism assemblies and management centers to be cancelled and introduced itself as the obedient of the Islamic Republic of Iran[6]<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Anyway; although the Baha\u2019ism organization considered itself as obedient of the Iranian government in slogan and based on the Baha\u2019ism teachings[7]<\/a>, but it violated the law by changing the names of assemblies and hiding its activities.<\/p>\n

    Farhad Fahandej and the Baha\u2019ism leadership organization in Gorgan city are of the hidden Baha\u2019i bands in Iran. It didn\u2019t respect its organization shutdown and violated its leaders\u2019 verdict to obey the government.<\/p>\n
