He stressed on all minorities including the Baha\u2019is as Iranians and considered the criterion for regulating people\u2019s rights in the country as the Iranian nationality and added the people\u2019s beliefs mustn\u2019t be assumed as a reason for violating their rights<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The Answer:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Abdul Hamid, do you know you are preaching <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bah%C3%A1%CA%BC%C3%AD_Faith\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Baha\u2019ism<\/a> movement with your statements? Do you know that Baha\u2019ism is the manifestation of atheism and the enemy of Islam belief due to rejecting monotheism practically, rejecting resurrection and the promised one of Islam and deviating the verses concerning the day of judgment and rejecting the finality of the holy prophet of Islam (P.H.)?!<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Don\u2019t you know that <a href=\"https:\/\/bahaismiran.com\/?p=2160&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bab<\/a> movement announced Islam as abolished in Badasht gathering.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Do you that even the Sunni religious leaders have issued verdict concerning this issue that the Baha\u2019is are unbelievers and apostate in addition to Shia scholars?! Al-Azhar has issued decree that: \u201cindeed, Baha\u2019ism is a false creed. It isn\u2019t in common with Islam. They don\u2019t belong to the Jewish and the Christian, too. If a Muslim obeys it and believes in, he\/she will be apostate and out of the religion of Islam. Surely, Baha\u2019ism includes beliefs which are against Islam and Islam has completely negated and rejected them.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>According to the Constitution texts, the divine religions have been recognized officially and their followers\u2019 rights are being regulated. Even the followers of non-divine and unofficial beliefs in Iran will be encountered morally and their humane right will be considered as respectful if they don\u2019t plan against the country and Islam.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Consequently, the followers of Baha\u2019ism in Iran have possessed the humane rights and believing in Baha\u2019ism isn\u2019t a crime like believing in other cults in Iran as long as it doesn\u2019t violate the law and it doesn\u2019t have any limitation.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">However; O\u2019 the Excellency Abdul Hamid, did you study the Baha\u2019is bill of indictment?! Shouldn\u2019t those who introduce themselves as Baha\u2019is or proselytize for the deviant cults and spy for the arrogant against Islam and the Islamic Republic of Iran be encountered and smashed?! Should those who trample the condition for being the Baha\u2019is<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> and even the condition of the law possess the same rights as other citizens?!
