The relationship between the Baha\u2019is and the universal house of justice is a criminal action because the Baha\u2019ism organization has been announced forty years ago to be illegal formally and even before that it is following overthrowing and spying actions and aims.<\/p>\n
The media of the Baha\u2019ism organization is considering their relationships with the Baha\u2019is as a natural issue and of their primary rights and stating that it is one of the titles of criminal actions of some accused high-ranking Baha\u2019is. At last, they debate: How aren\u2019t you spies of the Saudi Arabia and Iraq by traveling to Mecca and the holy shrines of Iraq? So, we aren\u2019t criminal due to having relationships with the universal house of justice and travelling to Israel.<\/p>\n
\u06f1) in 1362 S.H., the Iranian public prosecutor announced the Iranian Baha\u2019i spiritual assembly as illegal. The Baha\u2019ism organization sent a letter to the public prosecutor, too and accepted the verdict: \u201cAll centers of Baha\u2019ism in Iran are cancelled, so nobody is known in Iran as Baha\u2019i\u2026[\u06f1]<\/a>\u201d, of course, the Baha\u2019ism organization wasn\u2019t bond with acting its commitments. It didn\u2019t stop its organizational activities from proselytizing in Iran to have relationships with the universal house of justice and performing its orders.<\/p>\n Now; instead of shamefulness for violating its commitments and even violating Baha\u2019ism commandments (including obeying the government[2]<\/a>), it complains about conviction of its organization followers for having relationships with the Baha\u2019ism organization!<\/p>\n \u06f2) According to the first article of the punishment law, the people who are cooperating with the hostile countries or even have relationships with the governments and organizations based in the governments which are the enemies of Iran are criminals on the condition that they hurt the security of the country. So, the relationship with the Baha\u2019ism organization (located at Haifa, Israel) which has a close relationship with the occupied regime of Israel will be a crime.[3]<\/a><\/p>\n \u06f3) Because the final goal of the Baha\u2019ism organization is gaining power in the countries[4]<\/a>, the relationship and executing the orders of the Universal House of Justice will be considered as a crime.[5]<\/a><\/p>\n \u06f4) When the structure of Baha\u2019ism has been founded based on domineering, it will be obvious that its plans is based on gaining power and overthrowing.<\/p>\n The Baha\u2019ism organization\u2019s spying by its members in one of the betrayals of this organization against the Iranian people.
