This cult is acting as follows to divide the inheritance ordered by Mirza Hussein Ali Nouri:
If some people die without wills, their properties must be divided as follows: (Nasri, Ali, the criticism of the 12 principles of Baha’ism, p. 49).
- Heirs, offspring, share 1080, the share percentage %86.46.
- Heirs, wife or husband the number of shares 390, the share percentage %74.15
- Heirs, father, the number of shares 330, the share percentage %10.13
- Heirs, mother, the number of shares 270, the share percentage %71.10
- Heirs, brother, the number of shares 210, the share percentage %33.8
- Heirs, sister, the number of shares 150, the share percentage %95.5
- Heirs, teacher, the number of shares 90, the share percentage %57.3
According to the above-mentioned data, it can be observed that the equality between men and women has been forgotten! Even, Baha’ism has discriminated between daughter and son: “The residential place and the cloths of the deceased person belong the elder son[1]:”
Membership in the Universal House of Justice
One of the cases which violates the principle of the equality between men and women is that the universal house of justice includes nine male members elected among the Baha’is community people. (Ashraf, Faramarz, the collection of the Baha’i religion materials in brief, p. 42).
The main question is that why aren’t women allowed to be elected as the members of the universal house of justice?!!! Aren’t men and women equal in Baha’ism?!!!
