Considering the establishment of relations between Israel and Azerbaijan, it seems the members of the Baha’i cult in Azerbaijan are doing these activities in order to increase the dominance of Israel in Azerbaijan as much as possible because:
In its foreign policy strategies Israel has tried to assign an important role to this component knowing that culture and social issues are considered as soft power. In the meantime, Central Asia and the Caucasus, especially countries such as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan form the main and fundamental focus of the foreign policy of the Zionist regime in the cultural and social dimension.
