Shadab Askari, the researcher of the contemporary history says: you will be simple-minded if you think Israel doesn’t care the information gathered by the Baha’is because Israel funds the Baha’is expenses and spends hundreds of million dollars annually to gather information. The important question is that the organization of Baha’ism isn’t be summarized in the administrative discipline of the universal house of justice merely. It is true that this foundation has thousands of staffs in various administrative organs of Haifa, national assemblies and the Baha’i offices, but this is a classic dimension of the Baha’ism organization. The Baha’ism organization possesses new dimensions of organizing its forces. As a matter of fact, it has been created by organization management of the Baha’i families. The Baha’i leaders have planned the structure of this organization in order for each Baha’i family to be a part of this organization. This issue is even present in manifestos of the leaders of this organization and the Baha’i families have been mentioned as the smallest unit of the organization. Consequently, the Baha’ ism organization has consisted of many simple units called “the Baha’i family”. On the other hand, the Baha’ism organization has been consisted of two general parts: 1) the administrative structure headed by the leadership council of the universal house of justice, 2) the small units called families. Suppose Baha’ism as pyramid: the head of pyramid is the universal house of justice and the base is many families which are Baha’is.
The Baha’s families receive their orders and report their activities to them. They are living like a family because they are living separately and there isn’t any sensitivity on them. The Baha’ism organization is using these two dimensions very much. These small organizational units are active based on the administrative orders of Baha’ism organization and send their activities to the relevant offices and the leadership of the organization supervises these activities completely. Comparing with organizations such as Mojahedin Khalq and cherikha-e- Fadaee, the method of managing of Baha’ism organization is more advanced and professional.
The 19-day receptions are the most important bridges for relating the family and organization in Baha’ism. Additionally, it is necessary for each person to participate at these receptions to strengthen the basis of Baha’ism.
The 19-day receptions are consisted of 3 parts:
۱) The spiritual one where Baha’is recite fervent prayers, tablets and the blessed verses of the faith. Part 2 is the most formal one of the meeting where the Baha’ is listen to the news, announcements, manifestos and to offer their suggestions. It takes an hour and the news are international, national and local respectively. Part 3 is the time for entertainment, dialogue, and being familiar with the members ended by reciting fervent prayer.
As mentioned before, the structure and this organization concerning the intelligent service is more organized, professional than terroristic subgroups of ISIS
condition of and before the Islamic revolution.
