Since his entrance into commercial activities, Habib Sabet Pasal was strengthened by Bahaism organization and trustees company which took on a part of economic affairs of Baha’ism and was supported by one of his maternal uncles called Mirza Rahim Khan Arjmand who was once one of the assistants of post and telegraph ministry.
Running the television of Iran is one of these activities posed by Iraj Sabet. He had gone to America since he was 16 years of age. In 1336 S.H., he came back to Iran after finishing his education and he did this measure by bringing a set of receiver and sender. The first show by Googoosh who was a 10-year-old girl at that time was displayed in Pahlavi queen palace. In this ceremony, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi was present, too and the first agreement concerning running TV. was done. Shah said to Habib Pasal: “Do it personally. I order each necessary help to be done.”
The establishment of television by one of the heads of Baha’ism organization is of the measures done systematically. It was exploited helped by the court, the board of ministers and oil company financially and spiritually. On Mehr, 1337 S.H., the Iranian television company was opened by Mohammad Reza Shah. He said in TV. opening ceremony: “The establishment of television caused satisfaction because it will help the expansion of science, general knowledge and education of kids. Care should be considered in setting programs in order to be adequate and merited. This set must be established in other places as soon as possible in order to be shared by other people in the country. I appreciate the Iranian television company for taking on this labored task during a very short time.
And Habib Pasal said in this ceremony: “My mere encourager was His majesty, the Shah who encouraged me to do this task and stand against problems.”
According to pre-organized aim, the Iranian television had been planned and the Baha’ism organization couldn’t stand each activity except for being in the framework of the organizational orders. So, it in a letter to the holy spiritual national assembly of the Iranian Baha’is to which Habib Pasal belonged in 1342 S.H.: “According to reports, at the night of half of the lunar month of Sha’ban all Shias of the world have been congratulated by this television. Because this set belongs to Amrullah, it is shame for this television institute to do such measure.”
One of the main aims of Baha’ism organization in running television was preaching obscenity displayed in various forms. Obscenity in Baha ism organization was a problem used as one of pyramids of recruiting the Youth.

۱) A manifesto has been received dated 1339/1/22 concerning this issue that he has asked the U.K. for help establish the Iranian television and has negotiated with the British officials.
۲) It is reported that according to one of the merchants of the market he is famous in economic assemblies of Tehran city for setting affairs related to the economy of the country during the time when Mr. Alam was the prime minister.
۳) He has written a letter to the Baha’i national assembly dated 1344/02/10 and has mentioned that the main aim of establishing television of Iran is providing jobs for a group of disciples (the Baha’is) to create facilities for preaching spiritual thoughts and divine verdict knowledge (the Baha’i thoughts). Nothing would be done against the views of the Baha’i orders.
۴) It is reported dated 1344/06/13 that Mr. Habib Sabet Pasal is the main agent for strengthening the Baha’is and it was to be paid one million Tumans to him by the oil company by the name of executing educational programs.
۵) He has been elected as the member of the national spiritual assembly of the Baha’is of Iran dated Ordibehesht, 1344 S.H.
