On the occasion of the 29th death anniversary of Mahdi Bazargan, a group of the members and fans of the illegal organization of the so-called “Iranian freedom movement” traveled to Qom city and became present in his grave and cherished him in policy domain. The participants read his will and then participated in late Montazeri’s house and visited his son, Ahmad Montazeri and remembered his father.
Ahmad Montazeri gave a short speech and stressed on his father’s views and Mahdi Bazargan’s ones as close to each other. Ahmad Montazeri pointed out the famous fetwa by late Montazeri about the Baha’is citizen rights. He had said on Khordad, 1387 S.H.: “The Baha’is of Iran are from Iran. They have ownership and possess citizen rights.” He also mentioned late Montazeri’s thoughts concerning human position, wisdom, human rights, freedom and nation sovereignty in Quranic teachings and religious jurisprudence.[1]
The answer to the Excellency Ahmad Montazeri concerning the necessity for regulating the Baha’is rights in Iran:
۱) According to the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Baha’is and other minorities which haven’t been recognized formally in the constitution have possessed human rights and we can observe that there are many Baha’is in the Iranian country who have good lives in Iran. They are educating. They have jobs relaxed lives like other citizens. Of course, there are some Baha’is who are acting against the law and proselytizing for their cult in the form of organizational structure related to Baha’ism centers in Israel. They themselves cause to be confronted
It is stated in the principle 14 of the constitution:” …the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and all Muslims are duty-bound to treat non- Muslims in conformity with ethical norms and the principles of Islamic justice and equity, and to respect their human rights. This principle applies to all who refrain from engaging in conspiracy or activity against Islam and the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
So; in fact, you are defending the structure, organization and proselytizing of Bahaism in Iran by the name of citizen rights of the Baha’is (whether you know or not)!
۲) Excellency Ahmad Montazeri, when you are defending Baha’ism in the path of criticizing the system of government:
Do you know you aren’t human the Baha’is are going to vanish the religion of Shia; that is; the one wearing its cloth? As the forged prophet of Baha’ism considered exiting the religion of Shia as getting Baha’i.[2]
Do you know you aren’t human according to the Baha’i belief? Because the forged prophet of Baha’ism has considered non-Baha’is as not being humans and as an unforgivable sin! [3]
Do you know the Baha’is are the enemies of the revolution which your father was the deputy of its Imam? Do you know the Baha’is are to overthrow based on their leader’s plans?[4]
Do you defend Baha’ism by the name of the Baha’is?
According to all historians and ex-Baha’is, Baha’ism is a Colonial cult which moves in the path of arrogance and universal Zionism. Your and your father’s defending Baha’ism make the enemy front happy and strengthen destructive spirit of this Colonial cult.
