Jamshid Ma’ani is one of the high-ranking members of the Bahaism cult and claimed for being the promised one of the forged prophet of Bahaism and has brought about a new religion. This claim caused the universal house of justice to order Jamshid’s relatives to cut their relationships with Jamshid. Hedayat Allah, Jamshid’s brother didn’t accept this suggestion and after a while he was assassinated by an unknown agent.
Jamshid Ma’ani was one of the prominent members of Bahaism in Indonesia who was busy with proselytizing activities. Using interpretation method of Bab and Baha in proving their prophethood, he claimed for being the emergence of Bahaullah and the promised one of the book Aghdas after the passage of 101 years from the emergence of the so-called prophet of Bahaism the and in the year “One thousand”.
In the beginning, Jamshid Ma’ani made his invitation open and tens of thousands of people believed in him in Indonesia, Pakistan, India, Iran and even America including his parents.
In a letter, the universal house of justice asked his parents first to excommunicate him and to call him damned and mad. Similar letters were sent for Jamshid’s brother and sister.
At first, Jamish’s parents stood against the universal house of justice and supported their offspring and called him as the prophet of the new era! Next, Hedayatullah Ma’ani (the famous proselytizer of Bahaism organization) stood against the universal house of justice in spite of disgusting Jamshid Ma’ani by his brother and sister Darius and Sho’leh.
Hedayatullah who was the prominent member of the Bahaism organization and of the possible future leaders of the universal house of justice said answering the UHJ’s request concerning the excommunication of his brother: I disagreed my brother’s claim for prophethood and didn’t accept it, but I don’t accept to excommunicate and curse my parents and brother! He believed that his old parents aren’t considered as a danger for Bahaism and no religion has forced an offspring to excommunicate his/her parents.
This time, the Bahaism organization didn’t run short of the issue. One night, it engaged a murderer and killed Hedayatullah Ma’ani in his house.
At first, the universal house of justice accused the Islamic Republic and Muslims. The Islamic Republic embassy reacted fast and the rudimentary researches of police rejected the claim. Then, it was announced that the native people of New Zealand have killed him, but contrary to the Baha’ism organization report, the accused person wasn’t a native one from New Zealand, but he was a white-skinned Anglo-Saxon man who was exculpated due to his madness and Schizophrenia illness by the Supreme Court of New Zealand! It is interesting to be noted that the universal house of justice asked the Baha’is in a statement not to discuss and pursue Hedayatullah’s murder and not to have a negative look towards it!
Hedayatullah’s assassination had at least two clear messages: 1) It caused Jamshid Ma’ani to quit his claim due to fear and 2) it showed that everybody who wants to threaten the existence of Baha’ism organization, there will be no forgiveness for him/her.
