There are regularly members of each age in the Baha’i community where are born in a Baha’i family or those who have been recruited by Baha ism. The community which is consisted of three main influential classes: kids, teenagers and adults.
The organization knows that kids have sensitive and pure sensations and it isn’t difficult to intrigue their superficial sensations. So, primary trainings are induced to influence on them more via providing amusing and happy programs in the form of adoration classes. In these programs, they ask parents for help for more success to form kids’ minds since those ages based on the aims of the organization. The kids will be changed into dependent and devoted people after years.
Another group which is pursued by the organization to be recruited is teenagers. In this age, it is aimed for special values and beliefs to be internalized. Making teenagers deal with recruiting stages and sharing them in group works are of the programs of the organization. Because teenage years are the ones for making identity and personality, the Baha’i community is responsible for creating self-confidence and positive character making in the direction of the organization aims and creating superiority sense towards people out of the cult in teenager to make the teenager be interested in and dependent on the organization.
However; regarding adults who are recruited by various aims, the tricks are different. First, their areas of weakness are identified such as materialistic benefits, political issues, religious beliefs and etc. and special programs are presented and executed by the organization for recruiting or preserving them.
Conclusion:
Claimed by it, the organization has presented proselytizing and recruiting orders and programs to the Baha’ism community having 15-year experience. In this course, the educational institutes, Rouhi institution, the proselytizing house and the office for social and economic development are executive and strategic arms. These programs are being executed in national, local and regional levels intensively. Having pyramid movement, Bahaism is going to recruit and make people captive creating a good and beautiful image of itself. Pyramid movement is one of the sectarian factor.
