World War I and its humane calamities caused various international conference and gatherings to be held to settle crises and to prevent war among nations. At that time; during Paris conference, the nations’ community (Sep. 28, 1934 – Feb. 23, 1935) was established aiming creating instability among countries in Geneva. However, the universal powers of that time such as the United States, the Soviet Union, Germany and Japan had an expansive participation an ”the United community” and dominated on decisions and main management of that organization. The lack of membership by the colonized countries – including the half of the population of the world- in this assembly caused it to have any effective result and World War II happened in the worst manner and this organization couldn’t do any influential action to prevent it.

The term “the United Nations” was first applied by Franklin Roosevelt, the then president of the United States during World War II to point out to” Mottafegin.” Its 1st formal application was in the first statement of the United Nations dated 1st of January 1942 A.D. when Mottatiegin prevented separate compromising with “Mehvar” forces and announced their supporting Atlantic charter. The thought for establishing “the United Nations Organization in Moscow, Cairo and Tehran conferences in 1943 A.D. was exactly investigated. From August to October 1944 A.D., the representatives of America, the Soviet Union, Britain, France and the people Republic of China worked on the programs of the establishment of the United Nations in Dumbarton Oaks conference (in Washington D.C.). Most of the discussions of this conference were about the role of the members of the organization and the conditions of inviting them. Then; in April 1945 A.D.; in San Francisco conference, Veto right was assigned to five members of security council. At the end; in October 24, 1945 A.D., the charter of the United Nations was signed by many countries and the United Nations was formally established.[1]

This is just the superficial layer of the course of establishing the United Nations and the aim for its establishment. In inner layers, there are many relations which can be revealed by setting historical events next to each other exactly. There are many notes concerning the relationship between Bahaism and the United Nations; for instance, it is good to know that several years ago before the establishment of the community of nations, Shoghi Effendi, the third leader of Bahaism had established the Baha’i international office in Geneva city, but Bahaism entered into this international organization although it doesn’t possess any country for itself and it is an organizational cult. After three years of influence and participating at various international summits, the national assembly of America and after that the Baha’i international community was registered and had the senior representative under the title of non-governmental organization.[2]

Generally speaking, the activities of the “American assembly” for organizing the Baha’i organization and making it to be in the same direction of its political aims were a some-year program. Even, Rouhieh Maxwell, Shoghi Effendi’s American wife has said in this regard: “While Iran was of the cradle of the appearance of a new creed in 19th century, the North America was also the cradle of administrative discipline of the faith which will be the forerunner of the new universal commonwealth (Baha’i) countries.[3] It can be said that the entrance of Bahaism into the United Nations was of the results of these measures following the common profits of the organization and America.

Anyway, this issue caused the Baha’is who are ordered by the main center of the cult located in occupied Palestine to accept various roles universally and influence various subclasses of the United Nations organization such as social-economic commission, world health organization, environment organization of the United Nations, women welfare fund of the United Nations, UNISEF, emigration organization and etc. in order to send their representatives in various events and summits as missions. Meanwhile, they are proselytizing and expanding Bahaism in countries and various areas of the world with the excuse of international activities.

Bahaism itself announces about the expansion of its operational circle of its organization after the establishment of the United Nations organization: “with the emergence of the United Nations, an extensive and influential area was provided for Bahaism in order for it to be able to be influential in it spiritually… In 1947 A.D.; encouraged by Shoghi Effendi, the national assembly of America and Canada presented a document to the international organization as a Baha’i manifest about human commitments and rights… A year later, eight national assemblies which were existent at that time could receive a credential for the Baha’i international community as an international non-governmental organization… In 1970 A.D., the Bata: community developed in ECOSOC as the member of Counsellor. Then in 1974 A.D., it formally became the member of UNEP and in 1976 A.D., it became the member of UNICEF, the infants fund of the United Nations… .[4]

All of these measures and participations have been done because the main center of the cult which is located in Haifa city is trying to proselytize via creating subclasses in the United Nations in various regions of the world focusing on social, economic and cultural plans. In such situation and with the coverage of the United Nations, the Baha’is are free to function with any obligations from the countries’ laws. So, an extensive and influential scope is being extended for the Bahaism organization to be able to be so-called influential in humane community life spiritually.

Due to the importance and effectiveness of the United Nations organization in international affairs and extensive influence of Bahaism organization in it, the universal interactions and transaction affected by this organization with the Islamic Republic of Iran have been accompanied by various challenges.

One of the common methods of Bahaism to create barrier for Iranian problems in international affairs is pretending to be oppressed. For example, after issuing a commandment in Iran which is not based on Bahaism desire, they are issuing human rights statement!

Anyway, the note is that these pretending to be oppressed by Bahaism which are planned and due to special structure of the United Nations organization and the influence of Bahaism on it have created unsuitable atmosphere against our country and bear some consequences which harm such as issuing resolution against Iran, scientific and medical sanctions and etc.
