All Baha’is are under the dominance of an organizational structure called the Baha’i administrative discipline which is extremely coherent and hierarchical. The administrative discipline covers all Baha’i members since birth to death and has caused Baha’i organization to rule all aspects of Baha’i community under the title of “the Baha’i administrative discipline”. This organization confronts each kind of rebelling through three levels: Administrative boycott, spiritual boycott, and negation of being relative. Those who don’t regulate the administrative orders will administratively boycotted. Those who don’t obey the theological rudiments of Baha’ism will be boycotted spiritually. The most severe punishment of the organization is being negated of being relative includes those who not only quit and turn against Bahaism, but also insult the theological rudiments of the Baha’is.
The universal house of justice organization possesses continental advisors, national assemblies in all countries, local assemblies and the regional ones in all provinces, cities and villages which are composed of nine Baha’is. The national assembly of Iran is called the disciples of Iran which obeys the universal house of justice. To dominate on all Baha’is, there are various institutes, boards and assemblies such as: “the youth and teenagers”, “art and music”, “monotheism flower-garden” (particularly used for the kids), “Redhvan” (the dead people), “free-scientific” (university), jobs”, “technique and profession “, “reception”, “life of family” and “preservation”.
Spying by Bahaism is not traditional and done via gathering information. It is a modern spying. That is, the establishment of the universal house of justice in the occupied lands – and according to experts – the management of the universal house of justice via Iran desk in Mossad.
One of the most useful methods of modern in spying is “making movement”. In this method, the executive arms of services in the aimed environment or country are executing some parts of a plan or great program. For instance, the dominance powers have activated the claimed case of violating human rights alongside with to claimed cases of (nuclear and terrorism) and need domestic agents to run them. At this time, the Iranian national assembly executed a plan called judicial rising in Iran com communicated by the universal house of justice by which the Baha’ism were obliged to gather or forge documents extensively regarding the violation of the Baha’is rights by the Iranian government to create a heavy atmosphere over the Iranian Islamic system of government.
In another period of time, a plan called “the international relationships” was formed aiming Bahaism influence on people and foundations directed by the universal house of justice shared by Parviz Sabeti (one of the Senior Baha’i managers of SAVAK). In this plan, several Baha’is were trained and commissioned aiming influence on human rights, women, kids, socially hurt ones’ domains.
Apart from the mentioned plans, the plan of “suicide proselytizing” was important. In this plan, the Baha’i heads claimed that “if proselytizing the faith doesn’t make people be killed, it won’t be proselytizing!” For this reason, the Baha’i proselytizers were referring to sensitive centers or squares and openly proselytizing to be arrested. So, they had predicted that in this plan thousands of Baha’is would be arrested by the security agents and this measure would cause universal reactions against Iran. Fortunately, the plan was defeated without any detention.
