A glance at the existent documents and studying the historical course of Qajar and Pahlavi governments will reveal the role of the Baha’is in weakening the Iranian army and the entrance of Russian and British advisors – as the first lords of the Baha’is and then the entrance of the American advisors in the army – as the second lord of the Baha’is – and stabilization and increasing the number of advisors in the army and next providing the bill of capitulation and their attempt to pass the bill in senate parliament.
The Baha’is nonstop attempts including lieutenant general Asadullah Saniee, Qolam Abbas Aram, Mahmoud Jam (Fereydoun Jam’s father), lieutenant general Fereydoun Jam and supreme conditions and extreme expenses by Muslim treasury caused the number of American advisors in Iran to be increased from 16000 in 1351 S.H. (1972 A.D.) to 24000 in 1355 S.H. (1976 A. D.). It is stated in American Senate report that the number of Americans in Iran must be 60000 ones up to 1980 A.D. due to purchasing American weapons massively.
The remarkable fact is that the Americans’ program and their contracts with treacherous Iranian officials was in such a way that in addition to the advisors’ dominance and in fact America’s dominance over the Iranian army, a large number of American followers in Iran had been employed and supported by Iranian government and people’s money.
The Iranian army personnel’s expense was estimated as 140 billion Rials in 1356 S.H. while the American ones was 170 billion Rials.
Eventually, signing the contracts by Aram, Mahmoud Jam, Fereydoun Jam, Asadullah Saniee and etc. reveals the treacherous role of them in the field of American advisors and shameful bill of capitulation which indicates insulting Muslim people of Iran.
Not only the Baha’is were present in the army, but also they were busy playing role in were various levels of country management. During the time when Hoveyda was the prime minister, most Baha’is entered into the senior management arena of the country and some of them entered into cabinet as ministers.
Meir Azri, the Israel ambassador in Pahlavi period of time in Iran says:
“The organized supports of a group of Bahais to enter into the governmental offices and making their fellow-religion advance and open ways to recruit more.”[۱]
It is reported by the American spies:
” The report of defense minister
Secret… The programs of terrestrial reforms and the participation of women in the elections and… are similar to Bahaism theory more rather than the religion of Islam?”[۲]
The active presence of the Baha’is in the cabinet caused many decisions of government to move towards the aims of this Zionistic anti-Islam cult. It is stated in the secret report of SAVAK dated 1343/02/17:
“Karimi Ashtiyani who had a close relationship with engineer Rowhani said that engineer Rowhani has expressed that the views of our friends in the cabinet are the same as those of the Baha’i ministers to them Rowhani belonged. The view is that the difference between the government and clergymen must be continued till the government is obliged to have political relationship and even to sign military contract with the government of Israel to strike clergymen’s activities.
Karimi said he had said to engineer Rouhani that Iranian people don’t confirm your view and severe reaction maybe reflected back if such thought becomes practical in Iran.
Rowhani has said: We have to make the thought of contracting with Israel country practical if clergymen don’t campaign against the Egyptian government.[3]
The spokesman of one of the commissions of Bahaism cult expressed his satisfaction with the victory of Israel in the war against Arabs in 1347 S.H.: “The development and progress of us as the Baha’is is that we have a spy in each Iranian offices and all ministrations and once a week the plans provided by the government are announced to him and reported to the Baha’i spiritual assemblies.”[۴]
Of course, the Baha’is were at the top of the active and influential parties including Toudeh party and even the Iranian modern party before their presence by the name and emblem of Bahaism in the Cabinet. A glance at the existent documents indicates their active and outstanding presence of the head of political and executive boards in Iran. Meantime, merely a merely document is mentioned and written by SAVAK dated 1344/10/02:
Topic: Electing the members of Iran Novin party…
It is reported that the following sirs are elected as the members of the executive board of Iran of Novin party:
Engineer Rowhani, engineer Saedi, Atuaullal Khosrowani, Nosratullah Moeeniyan, Dr. Ali Khani, Dr. Ameli, Khajeh Nouri, Hassan Ali Mansour, Yeganeh, Dr. Hedayati, Hoveyda, engineer Kamal Dari, Samar Bakhsh, Dr. Sam.”[۵] among which engineer Rowhani, Ataullah Khosrowani, Nosratullah Moeeniyan Yeganeh and Hoveyda were Baha’is.
Amis Abbas Hoveyda was a Baha’I, but he superficially tried to introduces himself as Muslim. He tried to make himself be known as an irreligious open-minded person. However, he paid special attention to Bahaism to be grown and supported the Baha’i people and made them progressed. Meir Azri, the ambassador of Israel in Pahlavi regime writes in his diary:
“It had been widely heard that Hoveyda and some heads from military and state have turned and joined to Bahaism creed. Hoveyda has repeatedly considered this story as false and forged and went to Mecca to prove his statements… but we shouldn’t forget that some of his relatives are living in Acre and Haifa, Israel and I said in previous parts that when he was the minister of finance in a period of time, he asked me one day to help him to solve some of their [the Baha’is] problems.[6]
Amir Abbas Hoveyda’s father and grandfather were Baha’is. When he became the prime minister of Iran, he paid special attention to the Baha’is and assumed special privileges for them.
In a radio interview with Hussein Mehri several yours ago, Farah Pahlavi pointed out Hovayde ‘s dependence on the deviant cult of Bahaism and said: “Repeatedly, Hoveyda was inducing the Shah that Islam is the religion of Arabs and it is not merited for us to obey it and was asking him to omit the law about the religion of Islam as of the formal religion of Iran out the law.
Generally speaking; during the last decade of Muhammad Reza Pahlavi’s kingdom, the Iranian Baha’is considered their progress and development as debt to Hoveyda’s supports and services. During his statesmanship, there were many Baha’i senior managers who were as follows:
– Major general Arfa’: Road minister
– Abbas Aram: The minister of foreign affairs
– Naser Yeganeh: Advisor minister
– Mansour Rowhani: Agriculture minister
– Farrokhrou Parsai: Education minister
– Asadullah Saniee: The minister of war
– Ataullah Khosrowani: minister of state
– Manouchehr Shah Gholi : minister of health
– Manouchehr Taslimi: minister of commerce

– Shapour Rasekh: the supreme advisor of budget organization and the manager of Bahaism organization in Iran
– Nabil: The chairman of Farah office
– Houshang Nahavandi: The president of Tehran university
– Dr. Hadayatullah Nayyer Sina: the senior manager of advertisement affairs and the general manager in radio of Iran.
