The proposal of changing the name of the Persian Gulf by Trump was extensively opposed by the Iranian people in the cyberspace. Meantime, the behavior of the followers of the deviant cult of Bahaism is thought-provoking.
The exact investigation of these reactions shows that the formal organization of Bahaism and related foundations including the formal media, the international delegations, famous proselytizers and speakers of this cult have all been silent secretively. The interesting note is the similar silence of the Baha’is in this regard residing in Arabic countries.
In contrast to this organized silence, we witnessed limited activities of some unofficial Baha’is in cyberspace, which mainly included participation in protesting groups, publishing protest content, and attributing this issue to the weakness of the Iranian government.
Some of these individuals tried to shift the responsibility to the Islamic Republic system of government by distorting history and referring to the Pahlavi era. While the same individuals had not shown the slightest reaction in previous similar cases.
This dual approach clearly shows that the deviant Baha’i organization has deliberately refrained from taking any official position due to its special relations with the West and Arab countries.
The limited theatrical activities of some followers of Mirza Hussein Ali Baha in cyberspace have also been more of a propaganda aspect and have been aimed at maintaining the appearance of being in love with Iran.
The widespread silence of the Baha’i authorities on this national issue clearly reveals the true nature of this deviant cult’s interactions with foreign powers and shows that organizational interests prevail over any sense of nationalism in this cult.
Some of the twelve principles of Baha’ism, such as the oneness of the humane world, the removal of sexual, religious, national, and political prejudices, and the unity of language and script (creating a second language for the people of the world); are against the national interests, national sovereignty, and national authority of countries. For this reason, the entire Baha’i organization and its members are potentially prepared to carry out actions that are against the national security of countries, such as espionage. In Iran; after the Islamic Revolution, the members of this organization have been tried many times for spying for foreigners and Zionists. Similarly, in India, members of this organization have been tried for espionage.
