In its recent movement making against the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Baha’ism organization claiming for the agricultural lands of the Baha’is of Kata village to be confiscated due to their belief, while according to the confession by the Baha’ism organization the fields were confiscated according to article 49 of the Constitution. The article to which Whether the Baha’is have faked possession of the dead people’s fields or the fields belong to properties of illegal organization of Baha’ism.
In a statement issued by the Baha’ism organization from New York city, it is claimed that: “۱۳ pieces of water fields belonged to the Baha’is of Kata village in the southwest of Iran have been confiscated by the officials who are going to fake possession of the Baha’is properties in the country. Mrs. Bani Dugal, the supreme representative of the universal organization of Baha’ism said in the United Nations: “This is another example of brutal and purposeful program of the Iranian government to persecute the Baha’i community using religious motivation. This new action is imposing unbelievable and hostile injustice against the innocent and lawful community.[1]”
Answer:
۱- Many Baha’is are busy with economic, commercial and service activities in the country and they are mainly wealthy. If the Baha’is properties were being confiscated due to their belief claimed by the Baha’ism organization, they would be all dead due to hungry.
۲- According to Article 49 of the Iranian Constitution:
“The government has the responsibility of confiscating all wealth accumulated through usury, usurpation, bribery, embezzlement, theft, gambling, misuse of endowments misuse of government contracts and transaction, the sale of uncultivated lands and other resources subject to public ownership, the operation of centers of corruption and other illicit means and sources, and restoring it to its legitimate owner; and if no such owner can be identified, it must be entrusted to the public treasury. This rule must be executed by the government with due care, after investigation and furnishing necessary evidence in according with the law of Islam.[2] “
Consequently; contrary to Baha’ism claim, believing in Baha’ism can’t be the reason for the confiscation of the Baha’i fields in Kata village. Those properties belonged to illegal organization of Baha’ism which had changed into the Baha’i real person’s name to escape from the law.
۱- The Baha’ism organization hasn’t opposed the court verdict and has merely tried to introduce the theological reasons as the ones for legal confiscation.
۲- The so-called legal and lawful organization has been active in the activities of extirpation, participation at riots and changing democratic oppositions into riots. Its dialogue is to expand hate against Islam, Shia and the Islamic Revolution[3]. A secret and illegal organization whose one of its crimes is to force its members to proselytize illegally in the country.[4]
۳- The Baha’ism organization has misused the problem of lack of water in the country. So, it sent its rioters among the protesters[5] to take back its illegal fields and also to attract non-Baha’is looks to Baha’ism.
