The annoying boss and subordinate relationship in Bahaism, organizational or religious relationship?!

Bahaism is claiming for being a religion. If it is so, why it possesses a strong and hierarchical organizational relationship? In which divine religion such character exists? To investigate this issue, the memoirs of one of prominent ex-Baha’is of this organization is presented to become clear that what the position of the universal house of justice is and does it play the role of a religious foundation or a party organization?

One of the notes which is worthy to be thought is the relationship between the members of organization body with its top people in charge. The organization claimed for not existing any problem for relationship between the low-level and high-level members of the organization. However, the reality was the boss and the subordinate atmosphere dominating on the organization. The high level people in charge were following up their orders through the liaison officers.

If an order or a style guide was issued by the universal house of justice for the national assembly of a country, the national assembly was copying it to give it to the assemblies based on the expediencies of the positions of the local assemblies. The local assemblies were studying and achieving it without giving it to members to read.

On the other side, the moderators, coordinators and friends who were appointed for each family were obliged to collect the subordinates’ views to reflect to higher levels. If a suggestion or a plan were presented in receptions by the public, nine members of the local assemblies were consulting about them in a private meeting.”[1]

The establishment of the universal house of justice:

One of the aims of establishing the universal house of justice was that it must guide, supervise and follow up the aims of this cult along with the guardian of the faith as Bahaism pillars. The universal house of justice is the center of management, guidance and supervision on Baha’is which possesses a semi-party and semi-masonry structure.

The title, the universal house of justice was the first time used by Hussein Ali Nouri in the book “Aghdas”. According to him, establishing the universal house of justice is necessary in each city and locality in which nine Baha’is are residing.

Traveling to European to European and American countries and modeling the western party system of government, Abbas Effendi defined the organizational circle of the universal house of justice more beyond what had been predicted by Baha and considered it as pillar and center of legislation (one of two pillars and the main center for Bahaism organization).

The organization leadership as the guardian of the faith of God (the first pillar) was called “the center of interpretation”; and the universal house of justice organization (as the second pillar) was called as the center of legislation”; but this organization wasn’t operationalized.

After Abbas Effendi, the faith was accelerated and the Baha’i international board which was in fact considered as the universal house of justice fetus was established in 1331 S.H. and the American Mason Remey was appointed as the boss by Shoghi Effendi.

As a matter of fact, Shoghi considered stabilization of Baha’ism as being subject to formation of the universal house of justice and considered the aim of its establishment as the establishment of the universal government of Bahaism. Of course, Iran has been the cradle for God’s faith as the main aim of this cult for establishing the government. Nevertheless, this newly- established organization encountered the crisis of validity and legitimacy at first. Because according to order of the Bahaism leaders, managing the Baha’i community has been taken by the guardian of the faith (the interpretation organization) and the universal house of justice organization (the legislation organization) and the guardian of the faith is on the top; but after Shogi Effendi’s death and the lack of introducing the next guardian of the faith, the main pillar of Bahaism was omitted and the universal house of justice became versatile.[2]

According to the tablet of wills, Abbas Effendi has elected the guardian of the faith as the permanent chairmanship of the universal house of justice and stressed on the necessity for obeying them by the Baha’is in all ages: ” The guardian of the faith is the holy chairman of the parliament and is the greatest member…”[3]

However, the organizational process of this cult which has been made by colonialism is having this process so far and the universal house of justice is the main center and the restrictive one for each kind of decision making for this organization.

      Conclusion:

What is Bahaism if it is not an organization? Bahaism is claiming for being a religion!!! Is there such organization in the divine religions?!!!

As matter of fact, it should be said Bahaism is a political organization which is active in the direction of special aims in order to do its aims in the direction of the western colonial countries like America, England and the usurp regime of Zionism.
