The Baha’i leaders introduce the Baha’i teachings as the factor for the unity in the world falsely. One of the aims followed by the Baha’is is the oneness of humane world. Bahaism repeats this Christianity idea that God has created all nations from a blood and all nations must be gathered under monotheism banner. As a slogan, Bahaism shout the slogan of human kind brotherhood Charles Mason Remey says:
“The Baha’i faith is claiming for the unity of all religions, the political unity of all nations and the social one of people of all castes and races.”
According to Harold Johnson, the aim of Bahaism is to unite and bond people together.
The spiritual closeness bonded the members of various Protestant churches and the representatives of eastern churches together. Union and unity are done in Baha’i societies in such a minor level that is not able to be mentioned at all.
How insensible is Abbas Effendi’s awareness and evaluation about the spiritual reality and power of Christianity where he says in his speech dated Jun. 29 1912 A.D. in West Angel, New York: “This Baha’i gathering is unique on the earth! Because other gatherings are done on one base or mentioned and financial profit, but the Baha’i gatherings are the reflection of divine Kingdom.
When Abdul Baha speaks about the role of the Baha’is in creating unity and oneness among the Iranian people, it seems his speech is quite exaggerative. For a person who has resided in Iran for many years, it is really obvious that Abdul Baha has mistaken due to incorrect speech of his followers. Remember that Abdul Baha has left Iran when he was 7 or 8 years of age and has never come back to Iran, anymore.
In a speech in New York, Abdul Baha says: “By nearly 50 years ago; before the emergence of Bahaullah, the various eastern groups and races were fighting against each other permanently until Bahaullah caused kindness and unity among disunited groups. All previous conflicts and differences were completely vanished. The world was dark and blur. Then, it got bright and shining… Now, you see those who were previously engaging in enmity and hostility, are living in extreme peace, friendship and coziness. Bahaullah created such a unity and peace among various groups and communities.
What is this claim? These words are quite false. All know that religious and national differences and conflicts have been improved in Iran, it is resulted in cultural and educational developments, being familiar with the western civilization, national movement of medical progress and the Islamic movements for uniting and understanding between Shias and Sunnis.
It must be known that differences and conflicts have still remained. The conflicts between Shias and Kurds, the massacre and aggression between Nestorians and Armenians, the conflict between Turks and Armenians in Karabakh, the conflict between Sheikism and Motesharea, or the difference and conflict between two current groups against Aliullahis!
If the Zoroastrians aren’t involved in a war is due to the activity and contrivance of their fellow religions in India. Or if the Christians are actually in more health, it will be due to the kings’ attention and also due to the power of Christian governments; None of the above-mentioned and is and was related to Bahaism. The tendency and joining of a small group of Armenians, Zoroastrian and Jewish to Bahaism must not be considered as a basis for such exaggerative words and speech.
Concerning oneness and unity in Bahaism, it should be said that Babis separated from Sheikis and the Baha’is were branched from Babis and Azalis. There have been a lot of differences and enmities among the Baha’is.
Shias don’t have any join with Babi and Baha’i cults, but Shias curse them. With the arrival of Bab and Bahaullah, disunity has become greater and more severe. They have established the enmity and bigotry fires again instead of love and kindness.
Considering these conditions, how illogical and unreal are Abdul Baha’s statements that are said: Due to Bahaullah’s power, such interest and kindness have been created among the followers of various religions in Iran and now they are joining and communicating with each other in quite kind and purified circumstances.
Let’s investigate another aspect of this issue.
Which suggestion or plan has been presented oy Bahaism to create religious unity? It seems, the most important means is the prohibition of the right for personal interpretation or commenting.
Abdul Baha writes: “I am the interpreter and explainer of all works of the Blessed Pen. If it is not so, everybody will present an interpretation based on his/her desire, and it will end in great differences.”[۱]
Abul Fadhl Golpaygani has stated this matter more clearly and said:
“One of the orders of Bahaullah which has caused differences to be removed among human beings is the prohibition of the permit for interpretation and explanation
In previous communities, the difference in interpretation and people’s understanding caused the supporters of both groups to become afflicted by hell fire.
… The Baha’i laws has prohibited interpreting of the divine words and commenting by people in order for new groups and cults not to be created. You must question Abdul Baha about the meaning of the texts of verses. What he says is correct. Nobody must say any word without his desire.”[۲]
In another place, it is declared that: “Bahaullah has predicted to prevent differences in order for everybody not to be able to create new cult.”[۳]
It is necessary for Baha’ism claim for being in favor of peace and judgement to be paid attention. Abdul Baha said in Boston: “Sixty years ago, Bahaullah investigated the expansion of universal peace teaching when nobody thought of it. nobody of it. To achieve this aim, he sent the tablet of kings.”[4]
Also, Abdul Baha wrote for Mr. Esmayli from Lake Mohonk: “The universal peace issue was founded sixty years ago by Bahaullah in Iran.”
Masson Remey has stated these phrase more strongly and says: “By half a century ago; before Bahaullah and Abdul Baha, nobody had thought of the concepts of peace and justice or in fact the universal civilization.”
He says in another place: “Jesus Christ had said his period will be military and after his period, the period of peace will be happened. Now, Bahaullah has presented that peace to the world. He is the peace prince who has founded the basis of peace on the earth.”[۵]
It is quite clear that the claiming for priority or basically the primary plan of peace and justice by Bahaism is a historical forge or betrayal of historical facts. Both ideas and fulfillment of international peace and justice have been done practically long before Bahaullah. In this first stage, the Baha’i teachings about peace is nothing but reflecting hopes and Christianity doctrine on the earth.
Bahaullah just retold the Christian teachings and brought it on the stage. The wishes and hopes of prophets and religious leaders which haven’t been destroyed or fainted during centuries just repeated by Bahaullah.
We read in the Gospel of Christ: Then, wars and conflicts will be stopped. Pain and agony will be ceased and indeed, honesty of happiness and peace will be definitely dominated.
Baha’s teaching has been originated from soil and water of Christianity. If we want to react the Baha’is remark curiously, we should say that they have made a historical mistake because eventually the Baha’i authors must know that the term “universal house of justice is a phrase which had been Common in Iran before, too.
In 19th century, this term was applied for the national parliament and at that time the parliament was expected to be the source and origin of results eminent services and results. Anyway, it is not clear that Bahaullah and Bahaism’s claims are successful. The Babis were fighters and violent and Bab expected for the wars to be continued. In the book “Bayan”, he expresses hope for sedition and difficulties to be expanded.
Generally speaking, there is no reason for Baha’ism claim for the great peace which was going to be happened in 1917 to be spoken.
Reminding:
Apparently, usurping the country of Palestine and massacring and making them wandered and then massacring the people of Gaza and the people of other regions are also of the results of the oneness of humane world and general peace of Bahaism!!!!!!
