Does Bahaism resemble other minorities? Meddling with a great famine and massacring of millions of innocent people in Iran

Maybe, many people say that Bahaism is a religious minority like other minorities and you are strict with them and these are excuses to strike the Baha’is and you have long-standing grudges.

Apart from known religious minorities in the constitution of the Islamic Republic like Christian, Zoroastrian, Jewish minorities there are other minorities in Iran which you haven’t heard their names at all. For example, Mandaee minority living in Khuzestan, Ahvaz, Khorram Shahr and Abadan.

Mandaee minority has in fact Harrani thoughts. It has separate holy book and they assume themselves as the followers of the Excellency Yahya (P.H.), but in fact, these are the continuation of Hairrani thoughts who were present long time ago even before the birthday of Jesus Christ (P.H.) in the regions of Middle Syria and now they have their own temples in Ahvaz.

All Mandaee actions are done in water like worships and nobody cares about them and they are just living without caring others.

Several years ago, the city hall of Ahvaz allowed the Mandaee people to take a branch of Karun river to their temple to do their actions. Nobody cares about them. They are not harassed in the Islamic lands.

Why do we have social intercourses with Mandaees and we have no problem, but have strange complexities with the Baha’is?

The main reason is in the Baha’is strange approaches and behaviors. We encounter a horrible event in Iran which must be studied.

Coinciding with receiving the sir medal by Abbas Effendi (Abdul Baha) where general Allenby is present; that is, the highest military position in the Middle East. In these circumstances, we encounter a horrible event in Iran.

During 1290s, a great famine happened. I had a research about the role of the Baha’is in this proposition. Several historical documents and hints had been obtained which was really shocking.

In this period of time, Britain made Iran depressed and bankrupt in two ways and because it doesn’t want for the Ottomans to influence inside the Iranian land and the German not to proceed, it made granaries fire, closed the roads and dominated the famine.

The great famine of Iran was as the of the result of the combination of various natural, economic, political and military factors. Meantime, the contribution of the external factors particularly the influence of destructive important. Occupying and usurping resources, creating disruption in production and distribution, the colonial policies of England and not paying attention to people’s conditions were of the factors which caused famine to be intensified and humane losses to be increased. This calamity is one of the dark points of the Iranian history whose remembrance reminds the necessity for paying attention to national independence and sovereignty and confronting against the foreign interference.

However, another event happens, too. The English started extracting gold from our Iran before doing this measure.

In Iran, we always confront a crisis. We have had a crisis for 800 years from Mongol period of time on and that is the lack of coin and gold and in fact cash inside Iran. Even, some of our rulers such as Nader Shak marched to compensate this shortage. They went to India and took gold, that is we confront the lack of cash and bankruptcy.

Now; during Qajar period of time when the conditions are serious and tease, they came and started extracting gold from inside Iran. Because the English could not enter to do such an action, their agents inside Iran, the Baha’is, did such measure. The Baha’is residing in Acre were supported by England. The Baha’i head was in Acre and they were inside Iran. The transactions were being done. They received cash and in this way they were exiting gold out of Iran. So, we hadn’t been able to purchase the agricultural products in addition to lack of them.

Generally speaking, the main measures of Bahaism cooperated with the evil British government during Shoghi Effendi’s period of time and World War I are summarized in the following three axes:

      I) Helping the evil and criminal British government to create artificial famine in Iran and massacring millions of Iranian oppressed people during this period of time.

II) Helping the evil and criminal British government to exit the main capital of the country in the form of gold and creating shortage of cash in the country and imposing poverty on the then government and people.

III) The formal threatening of Shia great scholars in Iran and Najaf to create passivity in them and to follow up their illegitimate and treasonous aims.
