He was born in Farvardin, 1254 S.H. and died in Farvardin, 1340 S.H. Proselytizing and preaching Baha’ism among Muslims, their influence and expansion among the governmental organizations during Pahlavi regime created a wave of opposition in Iranian people. So they sought asylum to Ayatollah Broujerdi. Ayatollah Broujerdi tried legally, but he was not successful. Thus, he left the city as opposition. The government felt dangerous and tried to transfer the Baha’is from the governmental offices of the city to make him come back.
Ayatollah Broujerdi’s campaign during his lifetime caused for some Baha’is to leave Iran and Ayadi went to Italy for nine months ordered by Muhammad Reza. The Baha’is suffered such a failure that they couldn’t continue as before anymore. Another consequence of this campaign was the gap between clergymen and kingdom.
