The punishment for an adultery in Baha’ism is paying 9 methqals gold to the universal house of justice and there isn’t any commandment for fornicating with a married woman. While a person who can afford will be unchaste. In a community whose chastity value is paying 9 methqals gold, nobody will be secure against wealthy and lascivious people!

The self-proclaimed prophet of Baha’ism has appointed paying 9 methqal gold to the universal house of justice in his book “the Aqdas”:

 

“قَد حکم الله لِکلّ زان و زانیه دیة مسلمة إلی بیت‌العدل و هی تسعة مثاقیل من الذهب و إن عاد مَرة اُخری عودوا به ضعف الجزاء هذا ما حکم به مالک الأسماء[۱]

However; issuing such commandment, the Excellency Baha has shown his creed to be non0divine.

More surprisingly, the Baha’i leaders haven’t stated any commandment for having sexual relationships with married women, at all. That is; in this case, the person mustn’t pay anything to the universal house of justice: “Nevertheless; concerning adultery issue, it is stated about single people not the married ones. Concerning married ones refer to the universal house of justice.[2]

However, it is really surprising that the Baha’i leaders have ruled for a person who robs something to be imprisoned, exiled and branded on his/her forehead[3] while concerning adultery paying 9 methqals gold to the universal house of justice is enough! Such commandments aren’t being issue by an ordinary person but they are issued by a religion maker who has claimed for divinity[4]!

Of course, issuing such commandments may not be surprising to be issued by the leaders who are teaching dastardliness, not being prejudiced with homeland and chastity. It is not surprising when Abdul Baha says: “Sexual, religious, homespun, political bigotries are destroying the humane bases and bigotry is destroying human kind…[۵]
