Although the Baha’ism organization has planned against Islam and the Islamic Revolution contrary to the condition of the Constitution and proceeds the policies against Islam and overthrowing the Iranian Islamic government, but contrary to Narges Muhammadi’s claim believing in Baha’is isn’t merely a crime in Iran and also believing in Baha’ism can’t cause the criminals to be safe.
Narges Muhammadi claimed that the Baha’is accusations during the current years are due to security ones instead of believing in Baha’ism.
However, believing in Baha’ism isn’t a crime in Iran!
Answer to Narges Muhammadi’s pretending to be oppressed:
۱- Narges Muhammadi claimed by considering believing in Baha’ism as a crime that during current years the Baha’is accusations have been changed into security and spying ones! However, she should be asked: Is believing in Baha’ism merely a crime? Are the followers of other official religions recognized as criminals in Iran?! In which part of the law it is mentioned that being a Baha’i is a crime?
Nevertheless; contrary to the Baha’ism organization claim, the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran has respected the humane rights of the followers of unofficial religions (except for those who plan against Islam and the Islamic Republic of Iran). As it is said in the 14th principle of the Constitution: “Commanded by the verse:
“لَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ أَنْ تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ [ممتحنه/۸]”
“Allah forbiddeth you not those who warred not against you on account of religion and drove you not out your homes, that ye should show them kindness and deal justly with them. Lo! Allah loveth the just dealers.”
The government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and all Muslims are duty-bound to treat non-Muslims in conformity with ethical norms and the principles of Islamic justice and equity, and to respect their human rights. This principle applies to all who refrain from engaging in conspiracy or activity against Islam and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
