According to the law, possession of land, jungle and illegal change in using lands are being encountered without paying attention to people’s beliefs, but the Baha’ism organization tried to introduce the reason for it as the Baha’is beliefs in order to accuse the Islamic Republic of Iran with apartheid against the Baha’is.
The fact is that Roshankouh is a jungle village where is 41 kilometers away from Sari in Chahardangeh district. According to the recent statistics done in 1395 S.H., its population is 25 people, but illegal constructions and changing the usage of agriculture fields have caused some people of Tehran to reside in this village.[1]
۵۴ cases of illegal construction were reported. After investigating the cases, the verdict for destruction of some of these constructions were issued.
However, the Baha’ism organization which considers obeying the governments as their divine and legitimate verdict[2] and introduces honesty as a basic principle[3] displayed a different behavior out of these slogans in Roshankouh adventure!
The representative of the universal organization of Baha’ism (BIC) in the United nations organization, Mrs. Dayyan Alaee misused this excuse and said: the reason confronting against the illegal possession is these people’s beliefs and asked for urgent measures of the universal community against Iran.
By blackmailing and changing the Baha’ism organization obliged the fact, the amnesty international organization to take urgent measures and ask Iran to free all Iranian Baha’i criminals and prevent confronting against the Baha’is illegal possessions[4].”
The leadership foundation of Baha’ism called the universal house of justice introduced in its message dated Shahrivar 1, 1401 S.H., that the adventure of Roshankouh and retaking the national lands from the Baha’is is a symbol of tyranny against the Baha’is![5]
Yes, the Baha’ism organization proved that it isn’t bond with its teachings in obeying the government and law and is consistently acting against the Iranian government and has no aim but overthrowing the system of Iranian government and establishing its promised one.
