It cannot be acceptable that Bahaullah is the herald of equality between men and women rights because the writings and commandments remained prove that he has believed in the intrinsic superiority of men and he has founded the orders of its forged religion on this thought. For example, it is written in Badayeul Athar, one of the Baha’i valid books that: A woman questioned: No woman has been so far sent on a mission and all divine manifestation have been men. Why? He stated: Although men and women share in talent and power, but undoubtedly men are prior to women and are stronger even in animal world pigeons and sparrows and peafowls and the like are too. Additionally, Bahaullah has considered women’s arrival in the universal house of justice which is the most important managerial foundation of the semi-religious organization of Baha’ism and has used the word men in all tablets related to this foundation. In the book “Aqdas” and in religious commandments. In religious commandments, he differentiates between men and women in the book “Aqdas” such as:

۱-Depriving girls of paternal inheritance:
We put the residential house and the special clothing of the dead person for the male offspring and the female ones. Surely, he is the generous giver. (Abdul Hamid Ishraq Khawari, the treasury of limitations and commandments, the national institute of the faith press, 3rd edition, p. 128, Badi’a, p. 125). Because the residential house is the most important properties of people and other ones aren’t important, this commandment isn’t fair for girls.
۲- Insulting to woman gender
Based on his view and though which considers men to have intrinsic superiority, Bahaullah is praising women: “Today, each woman who became saved with the Gnosticism of the worlds aim. She is considered ass men in the divine book.” (heavenly message, p. 232) He has also said: “Today God’s women are considered as men. Paradise and blessings belong to them (Ibid, p. 213).
“۳- marriage portion” in Baha’ism
According to Baha’ism, if a woman gets married in the city, her marriage payment will be 19 methqal of gold and if a woman gets married in village, he marriage payment will be 19 methqal silver! Why is it so?!!! Is it the equality between men and women?!!!
