Nearly 1920 A.D., Abdul Baha claimed for this issue that plague is not curable, while in 1897 A.D. that is nearly 20 years before that date the first plague vaccine was discovered. However, how did Abdul Baha make a mistake while he was claiming for having the divine science and shouted the slogan of the conformity between science and wisdom?!!!
Abdul Baha has said: “You had asked about the treatment of plague. The majority of physicians believe that there is no remedy for this illness and nectar for this sting.[1]”
Nevertheless, it is interesting to be know that this Baha’i leader could just suggest the remedy which was prevalent in Egypt for this ailment and guided his followers to drink barberry juice.[2]
However, it is interesting to be mentioned that the Baha’i leader suggested this remedy in 1920 A.D. while the plague agent called Yersinia Pestis Bacteria had been discovered by Alexandre Yarsin in 1894 A.D. and the first plague vaccine had been made in 1897 A.D. So, how was Abdul Baha unaware of this issue more than 20 years? Abdul Baha had claimed for having the divine science!!! He has said: “The Blessed Beauty has granted me a blessing. It will be what I say.[3]
Anyway, why a person who considers himself as having the divine science is unaware of discovering plague vaccine?!!!
