It has been said over and over that as long as the Baha’is haven’t done any measure to demonstrate their creed and haven’t proselytized, they are allowed to go to schools and universities in Iran.
However, human rights which is originated from the west has changed into a means for the Sectarian movements to proceed the hostile groups’ aims rather than being an ideal.
Since the establishment the deviant cult and organization of Baha’ism and founding the universal house of justice (located at the occupied Palestine) till now, the Baha’is have penetrated into the so-called human rights assemblies and tried to accuse the system of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran concerning this issue that it violates the human rights in the domains of education, women rights, political opposition, religious minorities and the like.
Meantime, the issue of education and its bond with kids’ rights and citizen ones in one side and on the other side, establishing Baha’i schools (before the Islamic Revolution) and running secret universities such as Biheh have been pressure leverage benefited by Baha’ism.
Banni Dogal, the supreme representative of Baha’ism in the international communities had claimed in 1386 S.H.: “During a month, at least in 10 cities, nearly 150 case of insult, ill-treatment and even physical violence at schools and nearly 76 cases of physical and mental ill-treatment and persecution at highschools have been reported.[1]”
Simin Fahandej, the other international representative of the Baha’ism organization expresses in an interview in this regard that: “The Baha’i youth like all other youth living in Iran are interested in living in a country to be able to educat6e, find job freely and get married and; in fact, be able to have normal lives fearlessly. However, when this primary rights are taken away, they are naturally searching to find a way to defend their and others’ rights…[۲]
The point worthy to be paid attention is that the ex-Baha’is have expressed that they had possessed all citizen rights such as the right for education inn educational centers and higher education. Most ex-Baha’is have confessed the important role of proselytizing in the Baha’i members. Shoqi Effendi (the third leaders of Baha’ism) says in one of his letters: “Concerning the issue of proselytizing at universities and colleges, it is really important. Because university students possess open minds…[۳]”
It is better to be said that the Baha’is or the followers of each cult or creed are possessing all citizen rights like all people in the community such as the rights of housing, education, job and etc. as long as they don’t stop in the direction of striking the pillars of the system of government; otherwise those who don’t regulate the law –Muslim/Baha’i- will be punished.
