The news site of the Baha’ism organization reported on Ordibehesht, 2, 1402 S.H. about resigning two members of the universal house of justice. The antecedent of the universal house of justice has shown that changing members has been done based on old age contrary to the condition of infallibility considered for the members of the Universal House of Justice.
Stephen Birkeland, 71 and Stephen Hall, 69 asked for resigning after 13 years of membership in this center. Other members accepted their resignings and they were to leave the foundation after the next elections of the universal house of justice which will be held on 9-12 Ordibehesht.
Two American and Australian-American members of the universal house of justice organization (Stephan Hall and Stephan Birkeland) whose names were taken out in the 2010 elections following the suspected dismissal of peter Khan and Hooper Dunbar.
Before it; in 1990s, Stephen Birkeland was of the members of the board of continental counsellors of the Baha’is of the North America and was searching and supervising the Baha’is is talisman social network.[1]
Birkeland’s tactics and insulting behaviors in a network whose members were allowed to discuss freely about various issues of managing the Baha’i communities caused for some the Baha’is who were active in Talisman such as Joan Cola and Londa Walbridge to be dismissed or forced to be resigned.[2]
Birkland was encouraged due to his attempt and bigotry measures and was appointed as the member of universal Baha’i Daruttabliq (the house of proselytizing) in Haifa and during a short period of time, he became the member of the universal house of justice in 2010 A.D.[3]
As a matter of fact, 5-year elections of the universal house of justice presented by the Baha’i representatives from various countries is deceiving the Baha’is and general thoughts and introducing Baha’ism as a democratic community. In fact, in consequence of this show has been appointed in advanced and merely those who have been active in Daruttabliq (the house of proselytizing) and Darul Ensha’ (the house of writing) will be elected.
The long-time presence of these people in the universal house of justice and displacing them among the related foundations are deceiving others.
After such elections, the elected ones will suddenly possess infallibility positions[4]!
