A new suggestion by a member of the Baha’i cult for overthrowing
Irfan Sabeti, a member of the Baha’i cult, who has become known as the unofficial spokesman of the Baha’is by being a member of satellite networks, proposed a new strategy for the disillusioned rebels after the defeat of the riots in the fall of 1401.
Irfan Sabeti, who is generally known in Iran’s scientific environment for the translation of various works he has published, clearly considers himself a Baha’i and has previously expressed and published materials in defense of this cult and the rights of the followers of this cult.
After the recent riots, he became one of the thinkers against the Islamic Republic and expressed his views in line with changing government in Iran by participating and analyzing in the hostile networks against the Islamic Republic of Iran as a guest and analyst. In one of the recent examples, he proposed another strategy and tactic to fight against the Islamic Republic of Iran by participating in one of the programs of the Iran International network by explaining and defending the non-violent campaign. First of all, he believes that there should be a shift from violent forms of campaign to non-violent ones in the field of combat procedures, and alongside with this central strategy, moving towards some other tactics must be done. One of the tactics and procedures is creating parallel institutions to remove the functions demanded by the opponents of the Islamic Republic. Of course, other names have also been mentioned for this approach such as “the parallel city” and “the creative intervention”.
This idea, which is being given by two domestic and foreign historical examples, is defined as follows in the works of one of the American writers from whom this idea is referred and taken. (Erika Chenoweth – the author of the book “the Civil Resistance: What Everyone Should Know”:
“the Parallel institutions are defined as “the informal social, cultural, economic, and governmental systems and procedures that bypass regime structures and may eventually be replaced.” He believes that “the parallel institutions are successful when they can meet the needs of the community that the existing system cannot.” He continues that these institutions are called “parallel” because they operate alongside the repressive institutions, but separately from them. Movements create these institutions in order to gain legitimacy and authority before they are completely “victorious”. (Chenoweth, 2021, p. 47) Therefore, a dual function can be considered for these parallel institutions. On one hand, these institutions legitimize in favor of alternatives by the established political regime with alternative but desirable activities for the opponents of the established political regime, and on the other hand, they delegitimize the existing active political and social and economic institutions and bodies by showing another form of services to citizens opposed to the current political order.
According to the teachings of the deviant cult of Baha’ism, the participation in the political arena and the political campaigns in the countries is completely and absolutely prohibited and its followers are advised to be active within the framework of the country’s sovereignty. while this cult which is supported by the authoritarian countries, we have witnessed many times at least in Islamic Iran that its followers have been present in social unrests and riots; for example, their presence in the riots and murders of 1401 S.H. in Iran. Now, the statements of Irfan Sabeti with their recent measures in the Islamic Republic of Iran are indicative of their evil nature, which, on the other hand, proves their servility and servitude to arrogant and tyrannical countries such as the criminal America and the kid-killer Zionist regime.
