The law of military service has been passed by the then parliament of Iran formally dated Khordad 16, 1304 S.H, and the male included ones must do the military service. For this reason, each Iranian male

person who is 18 must do the military service whose duration is 24 months. In the law, there is no exception for people.

Now, the issue is: The youth of the deviant cult of Baha’ism don’t do the military service when they achieve the legal age and ignore this national duty. This cult is considering the citizen right for its misled members, but it doesn’t force them to do their military service! The members of the deviant cult of Baha’ism possess all citizen

rights such as building right, education, occupation and etc. in Iran. Aren’t the Iranian youth allowed to oppose the conditions of the misled cult? According to which teaching of this cult, they tyrannize the Iranian citizens?

It is worth to be mentioned that the founder of this deviant cult, Hussein Ali Nouri has announced the verdict of the holy war as abolished.

So; during the sacred defense for 8 years, no Baha’i was allowed to defend the Iranian country and the members of the deviant cult of Baha’ism didn’t practically participate in the war.

It is worthy to be mentioned that this deviant cult has helped Saddam’s regime in bombing the Iranian cities in military and security aspects because this cult is of the agents of the kid Killer regime of Zionism in Iran. Not only the Baha’is didn’t help Iran and the Iranian people, but also they betrayed them.

Consequently, it is necessary for the supervisory foundations of the country to investigate and decide about the Baha’is duties concerning the military service and the Baha’is lack of commitment about this important issue.
