In each country one country, population is one of the components of national power. Population is an influential factor in forming the power of countries particularly in military, political and economic dimensions. So that, the population growth in a community means more power for rulers. Consequently, the concept of national power is defined in theoretical discussions as the ability for capability and capacity of a country or a nation to use material and spiritual resources aiming exerting spiritual will and gaining national aims and interests. So, the importance of population factor in producing national power will be prominent. Thus, if the issue isn’t investigated and studied, the national authority will be damaged more.

Consequently, the arrogant powers started limiting the population in Iran before the Islamic revolution during the second Pahlavi regime knowing this issue. Unfortunately; after the victory of the Islamic revolution particularly during 1370s S.H., this preposition continued to earlier 1380s S.H. ignored by the people in charge and the influence of arrogance front. Eventually, this strategy of arrogance front was announced as quite cancelled.

Thus, the important issue in this regard which is remarkable is the role of the Zionistic organization of Bahaism in this issue.
