One of the basic notes in community is exchanging views and thoughts which causes various groups to be formed and to walk alongside with each other or compete with various beliefs and orientations. It is an accepted issue which has been the source of intellectual and social education and progress most of the time. However, if this difference of thought causes those who are out of the group to be induced as “Others” and to be separated from the others and to be in contrast with those who are out the group in profit and damage, the activity of such group can’t be ignored.
This issue has caused for the laws of confronting against cults to be formed in various communities. An issue which happened for the organizational cult of Bahaism in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Although this anti-Islamic cult had been excommunicated in the religious history of Iran, but during Pahlavi kingdom the method of the Baha’i element ambulation wasn’t supervised due to the influence of aliens. After the Islamic Revolution; in 1357 S.H., the people in charge of the system of government tried to delete aliens and to prevent this dominance on people’s resources and beliefs depending on the slogan of independence freedom and the Islamic Republic; the aim whose necessity was cancelling the spying organization which was dependent on Israel and America.
Bahaism is one of the cults which forces the members of its organization to present a report of exchanging data continuously and to try and to proselytize to soar the number of Baha’is. Meanwhile, all gathered reports and data are sent to the occupied lands where the American wife of shoghi Effendi says: “I prefer the youngest religion (Bahaism) to grow in the youngest country of the world (Israel). In fact, it should be said that our future -Bahaism and Israel- are joined like the loops of chain.”[1]
In brief, the existent documents and Bahaism measures caused the organizational activities of the Baha’is to be announced forbidden since 1362 S.H.
Although the Baha’i organization apparently announced its cancelation in Iran, but in practice such event never happened and the universal center for the Baha’i community announced the continuity of Bahaism organization in Iran sending various messages.
So in spite of all of these issues and making a show, Bahaism continued its organizational measures.
Investigating the documents of Bahaism organization in Iran show that this cult has held a meeting in 1386 in Istanbul directed by the central organization of the cult called the universal house of justice presented by a board of the heads of the Baha’i organization in Iran aiming announcing the necessity for communication and influence in governmental pillars, assemblies, media, characters and etc.
As if, the organization tries to be influential on the origin of decisions to remove limitations and to change the equation in favor of itself.
In order to recruit extensively, the Bahaism organization has executed a plan called social-economic development.
The main application of this plan is indirect proselytizing of the cult covered by social and economic foundations in aim communities such as environment, university, health, education, university. women affairs, refugees, agriculture, industrial companies and etc.
One of the newest programs of the Baha’i organization for Iran can be observable in a document entitled “searching in the conceptual framework of Baha’i individual and community in Iran”. This document is one of the documents received from the cult center in the country. It is stated that more active gatherings in each province which are serving Baha’is the most (such as trustees, trainers and etc.) start studying and at last the Baha’i public are studying.
By a glance at the document text, it can be considered as a way to compensate the vacancy of the organization in Iran. The people in charge of the organization is going to make them familiar with the lack of the main organization of this cult (the assemblies and etc.)
This document shows that the Baha’i assemblies and the group of the disciples of Iran played a great influence on implementing the Baha’i organization programs in Iran. The systematic and direct relationship with Haifa, Israel was so important for them. Imam Khomeini (P.H.) states about the influence and spying measures of the deviant cult of Bahaism:
“He, the president of the united states who asked all people of the world for helping the Baha’is of Iran for those Baha’is are oppressed and spies and do nothing but religious ceremonies…. He has asked the world that they are not spies. They are people who don’t meddle with any activity and are philanthropic ones. If he didn’t say these words, the naive people may think they have a seditious beliefs and are busy with their affairs… Nevertheless, after Mr. Reagan has said and testified that they do nothing but religious ceremonies, can we believe? On the other side, when Toudeh party is captured, the Soviet Union complains about this issue that a group of people who are innocent, but disagree with the Islamic Republic have been arrested and imprisoned are Mr. Reagan says these Baha’i poor people are silent and calm and are busy with their worshipping, but they are captured due to their beliefs. You wouldn’t complain if they weren’t spies. The Baha’is are acting in favor of you; otherwise, we know American well. You Are not philanthropists…. Your partiality has made us to consider the Baha’is as spies… Bahaism isn’t a religion. It is a party. A party which was being supported by Britain in the past and now America is supporting it. They are spies.”
