Houshang Seyhour was born in 1299 S.H. in Tehran city in a Baha family. His father was of the Jewish who had joined the deviant cult of Bahaism. After receiving his diploma degree in 1319 S.H., he went to Tehran university and educated in architecture course in fine arts college.

At that time, the French government was controlling this college and its students aiming influencing on Iran using its culture and art, so the French masters were teaching in this university without receiving any salary from the Iranian government. In addition to educational services, the French government was granting scholarships to several students during each term and taking them to France. Seyhoun was of the students who was granted scholarship by the French government. He completed his higher education under their supervision.

Engineer Houshang Seyhour returned to Iran in 1328 S.H. and was immediately employed in the university with an associate professorship and taught. In 1341 S.H., he was appointed as the university president. Some believe that his dependence on the deviant cult of Bahaism, his membership in Rotary Club and his close relationships with the court caused him to advance fast and to become the head of fine arts college.

Undoubtedly, he was appointed as the head of art college to be commissioned to execute the plans to make students and artists isolated and secluded because the fine arts college and of Tehran university, as the mother university, was influencing on educational policy of other colleges and artistic training centers and making them follow it.

The fine arts college moved towards banality during Houshang Seyhoun’s guardianship and the behaviors and relations manifested by him as the head of this center were in the direction of preaching the western culture and teachings and provoking laxity and making the youth and artists turn to “alienation”. During his presidency, numerous abnormalities were observed in all pillars of this college. Houshang Saythoun was the founder of mixed so-called student trips and camps to preach sedition and dragging them to the swamp of moral death.

One of the other measures of engineer Seyhaun during his presidency of fine arts college was using naked models in classes. Getting naked in painting and anatomy sketching is of clear examples of entering the western culture in classes in Iran. When Seyhaun’s three-year presidency period of time finished, Jahanshah Saleh, the head of the Iranian Rotary club appointed him as the head of fine arts college of Tehran university. Jahanshah Saleh’s interference with preserving the position of Seyhoun created doubt about this issue that he has been the executor of Rotary and other Imperialism assemblies’ intention and programs to preach western culture and to drag the youth and university students to the quagmire of alienation.
