Question: Is war the basis of peace in Baha’ism?!

The Baha’ism leaders have exploited the peaceable slogans just in their proselytizing in order to intrigue the public minds. So, it is natural that those who have been bereaved due to war are confirming these slogans; while these sentences are just proselytizing slogans to which Baha’ism aren’t bond not in action; not in word.

The Baha’i proselytizers are claiming for their leaders to introduce their most important creed aim as establishing the general peace and avoiding war. Also, Abdul Baha has said: “All the wise are unanimously saying that war causes destruction and peace makes improvement. All agree that war destroys the humane base[1].

Undoubtedly, the tyrant wars aren’t praiseworthy; but it shouldn’t be rejected that sometimes acquiring a permanent peace needs fighting and defending honorably. In this way, it can’t be said that peace will be acquired automatically and with obeying the tyrants!

The proselytizers justify that supposing the country is occupied. The human being is more worthwhile this eternal grave. As Abdul Baha has said: “It is obvious that human being is living on the earth for several day and then it will be his/her permanent and eternal grave. Is it merited for the human being to fight for this eternal cemetery?[2]

It should be answered that defending oneself is an intrinsic issue and the honorable peace is more permanent than the one acquired by abjectness.

The Baha’i proselytizers believe that we think like the westerners amiss even peace is being acquired by fighting; as Abdul Baha has said: “in the west, the statement of “If you ask for peace, prepare yourself for war” is a historical one not only in science but in policy[3].”

It should be answered that: How have the Baha’i leaders blamed the west due to such point of view; while contrary to above-mentioned expressions, they have introduced war in some cases as pre-requisite for achieving peace: “Imperialism is praised and sometimes war is the greatest basis of peace… As a matter of fact, this indignation is mercy and this tyranny is the essence of justice and the war is the basis of reconciliation.[4]

Yes, As it is obvious, the Baha’ism leaders are exploiting the peaceable slogans just in their advertisements to intrigue the public minds because peace and avoiding war are wished consistently by all people. Consequently, those who are tyrannized and damaged will gain good feelings towards Baha’ism.
