There are four false beliefs in the sectarian behavior:
۱- All cults have hidden actions and ceremonies. Most sectarian groups are being cohered through a theological system which may be really complicated. Customs and actions of a sectarian group (such as self-improvement program, therapy program, a religious public theological system and etc.) may be seem logical.
All sectarian groups and movements possess meditation and prayer.
۲- Just stupid and mad people join the cults:
According to documents, most members of cults are normal psychologically and are the same as the other people concerning education and intelligence. It is possible for some members to be born and grown in a Baha’i family.
۳- The cult leaders know they are deceiving others.
Reality:
Some cult leaders believe to possess special wisdom or faith. Some possess high self-confidence.
۴- I never join a cult!
Reality:
Everybody may be vulnerable due to cult attraction in a period of his/her life.
