Denis Maseonin, one of ex-Baha’is and the Baha’i researcher considered making statistics by the Baha’is as a problem.
Pointing out issuing 77000 works by the Baha’ism leaders, the Baha’ism organization confesses for allowing 5 percent of them to be published[1]. This organization is also claiming for its works to be translated into eight hundred languages.[2]
However, because the Baha’ism has forbidden the translation of the Baha’i works in Persian language[3], this question will be arisen that why have the forged prophet of Baha’ism’s works are allowed to be translated into some hundred languages?!
Consequently, Denis Maseonin, one of the ex-Baha’is and the researchers in the field of Baha’ism has investigated the number, kind and the method of translating the Baha’i works into other languages:
He has considered the kind of translated Baha’i works as the ones which have praised Baha’ism: “Concerning the matters and materials which resemble the holy book, two important issues are worthy to be paid attention: 1) no criticizing copy of no book has been printed in the mother tongue[4].”
This ex-Baha’i has considered the extent of the Baha’i translated works as fens and is merely done of make statistics: “The second issue is concerning the translations. The Baha’i resources says that they are translated into 700 languages in the world but this issue is too misleading because most of them are just little prayer books.[5]”
This Baha’ism researcher has posed the issue of the lack originality of the translated of the lack of originality of the translated texts and said: “Anyway, the important note is that all current translations are form English translations of Shoqi Effendi not from the original Arabic or Persian texts.[6]”
He also said: “These texts have been written in fluent language and nearly old English one and are extremely explanatory and are not criticizing.[7]”
Eventually, this ex-Baha’is said that the Baha’ism organization has made achieving the Baha’i original resources very difficult: “Consequently; for the majority of the Baha’is, it is merely possible to achieve the valid second hand legitimate books.[8]”
Yes; as a matter of fact, both the Baha’i leaders and the Baha’ism organization found out that the texts given to their followers as miracle are full of errors even after fair copy[9] and revision.[10]
