Mr. Khosrow Saberi is one of the educated and original people living in Azerbaijan. He was born in a Baha’i family. He got married with a Baha’i girl. However, studying and Searching caused him to figure out that Bahaism is null. He found out that Bahaism resembles a piece of wood in a great mountain comparing with the divine religions. Here is the interview:

-Please introduce yourself:

I am Khosrow Saberi. I was born in 1315 S.H. in Mamaqan city. I was living there by the fifth grade. Then, I went to Tabriz city and continued my education in Ferdowsi high school. Next, I was accepted at university in English language course of study. I got two degrees at university: 1) B.A, degree in English language and 2) Educational sciences in 1340 S.H.

 Explain something about your parents?

My ancestors were all Baha’s. My paternal grandfather was Azali, but My maternal grandfather was a bigoted Baha’i and was the head of assembly of Mamaqan My grandmother, Sakineh was a herbalist. Due to the expansion of Baha’ism in my family, my paternal uncle figured out some facts about the falsehood of Baha’ism and opposed it. He was always saying: Khosrow, if Baha’ism is washed in seven seas, it won’t be cleaned. My father had been the secretary of Mamaqan assembly for 18 years.

Did you have any responsibility in Bahaism organization?

No, not at all. I wasn’t in the center at Childhood. I was imitating other Baha’is. Although Baha’ism is claiming for quitting imitation, but it causes others to imitate it.

When did you know you are a member of Bahaism?

Since childhood when I was participating at Baha’i classes and receptions.

-How much were you active in the organization?

My main job was teaching at school. For this reason, I was participating at more sessions forced by the organization.

 – When did you get maried?

I got married in 1344 S.H. I have two daughters and two sons. One of my sons is living in America and my two daughters and my another son are living in Australia.

 – Was your wife a Baha’i?

Yes, her family was active in Baha’ism. She had also been the teacher of ethics in Shishvan district, Ajab Shir city. She was holding reception and etc.

 – Speak a bit about your marriage and the method of your familiarity?

My wife is Fatima Jawadi. Of course, my mom called her “Afagh”. We got familiar with each other in Hazirtul Qods, the place for gathering Baha’is in Tabriz.

What was your job when you got married?

My father was a cloth-dealer in bazar. He announced that he has become Muslim in “Azar Abadegan” newspaper in 1326 S.H. I was also employed in education office in 1334 S.H. I turned to Islam at that time.

How did you announce your being Moslem openly?

First, I wrote I was Muslim in my employment file. Another time, I published my turning against Baha’ism in Foronq Azadi newspaper.

 Were you always busy teaching?

Yes, I was a teacher in elementary school till 1340 S.H. Then, I went to high school to teach language. I got retired in 1358.S.H., too.

How did you Keep in touch with Muslims?

In Mamaqan and Tabriz, all of our neighbors were Muslims; I had good relationships with each other. As a matter of fact, they were training their members how to behave to recruit people.

-Did they know you were a Baha’i?

They may Know, but we didn’t directly say because it was hard for them to accept any they weren’t being influenced anymore.

Would they disturb you if they knew you were a Baha’i?

No, they didn’t do anything to make us sad, but our behavior (for proselytizing secretly) wasn’t influential.

– What were your offspring’s reactions towards your becoming Muslim?

During Revolution years, my elder son and daughter left Iran in a contraband manner because it was favorable for them. Of course, they are participating at Bahas meetings abroad. Most people who are participating at Baha’i meetings abroad. Most people who are in favor of Baha’ism; particularly the youth haven’t figured out the origin of Baha’ism and don’t know in which false belief they believe. They are uneducated in this this regard and they don’t search.

 – What are the attractions of Bahaism for the youth?

Receptions and gathering in one place. Instead of following a religion, they were paying attention to parties and appearances. Unveiling and mixing girls and boys are the other attractions of Bahaism. My own daughters were going to ethics class in this form, too.

 – What did they say about Islam?

All Baha’ism was in insulting Islam. They were even were questioning martyrdom. They were saying: Islam is vain, but when I searched, I realized that their words were baseless and forged. Telling lies is the philosophy of Baha’ism. Bahaism is an idea which is summarized in enmity against Islam. When I became Muslim, I figured out that its words against Islam and even Muslims have been false. All Muslims whom I know are real faithful people and are happy and cheerful.

Is there any instruction in Bahaism imitated by other religions?

Yes, they have a special prayer and a 19-day fasting. They believe in God and Bahaullah. However, they don’t believe in resurrection.

 – What do they do in reception?

They gather together and recite incantation. It is written in their incantation book that He is God; that is, Bahaullah is God- God forbidden – while if they possessed religious understanding, they would figure out that this statement is really heavy and human being can’t be attributed to God, but most of them don’t understand what to say because the organization doesn’t let.

 – How is the behavior of the Baha’i organization? Are they polite as they claim?

No, it isn’t so. There are a lot of differences among them even concerning heritage. They are apparently speaking about kindness, but the inner body is the worst and a brother opposes his brother. Generally speaking, most of them are enemies for each other and hate. They are continually backbiting. Due to fear, they pretend to be good.

– Have you ever traveled abroad?

No, I went to Tehran once, when they had boycotted my father and separated my mother.

Explain a bit about your father?

At first, my father was an active Baha’i and has been the secretary of the assembly for 18 years, but when we went to Tabriz, he became Muslim; so that he was going to mosque to pray.

How did the organization encounter your father when he got Muslim?

He was boycotted for nearly 12 years. My mother was separated from him for several months by them, but my mother came back later.

 – Did your father remain Muslim forever?

Yes, he died like a real Muslim.

– What about your mother?

She remained Baha’i till she died in 1363 5.H.

 – Do you know Chehriq fort?

Yes, it is located at Khoi mountains (Salmas) and some Baha’is go there to visit as pilgrims. Ali Muhammad Shirazi had exiled there. Wher we were Baha’is, we visited there as pilgrims.

“Chehriq fort”

 – Are there any places in Tabriz to be holy to Baha’is?

Yes, Muhammad Ali Zonozi’s house. Of course, it doesn’t belong to the Baha’is now. Zonozi was a person who stuck to Ali Muhammad Bab when he was going to be shot. There is another place in Arsh alley where Bab had been imprisoned there for 3 months. Another one is a building in Daraee St. where was the place of Bab’s execution and now it is changed into the Sepah Bank.

 – What caused you to turn to Islam and you tum against Baha’ism?

I figured out that Baha’ism was forged. I believe Islam resemble Himalaya mountain and Baha’ism resembles a match stick.

 – What is your last word?

I am relaxed and feel really good now. I’ll remain Muslim by the end of my lifetime. Unfortunately, the Baha’is are following and imitating like sheep.
