The presence of some Babis in secret assemblies along with famous freemasonries and the memberships of some of them in masonry’s hall of Melkom awakening lodge during Qajar dynasty and on the eve of Constitution indicates the conformity of these two movements together done by the crafty Britain.

The circumstances of the country got disturbed by arresting Bab and his execution and bloody events in Iran (during the years 1264 and 1265 A.H.) such as the assassination of Ayatollah third martyr and riots in various parts of Iran (Mazandaran, Zanjan, Neyriz) coincide with the fist years of Naseruddin Shah’s kingdom, the conditions of Iran got more disturbed and supporting the rioters increased secretly or openly. However, the firm measures of Amir the great in repressing disturbance harassed them and could bridle the armed riots of the Babis. Bab’s followers who had inflicted by antagonism due to his succession assassinated Naseruddin Shah in 1268 A.H. coordinated by some government heads such as Mirza Agha Khan Nouri which was aborted and the planners (including Hussein Ali Baha) were arrested. Supporting Baha seriously by the Russian embassy and the ambassador himself, prince Dalgourki caused him to be saved like a person supported by Russia. He was transferred to Bagdad supported in 1269. Cooperated by his brother (Yahya Sobhi Azal), Baha managed to gather the Babis around himself and continue his bad activities. During the years 1270-1280 A.H. important events happened in Iran including separating Harat city from Afghanistan, establishing masonry’s hall of Melkom Khan and its dissolution, the arrival of Maneckji Limji Hataria (the chairman of the British intelligent service in Iran) at our country in 1270 A.H. and his meeting with Hussein Ali Baha in Bagdad in 1270 A.H.

The Babis became acquainted with Akhond Zadeh’s (one of the preachers of Masonry in Iran) thought. They edited a book called “the new history” which was the reform copy of the old history” by the Babis and omitted harsh words against the Shah of Qajar and several agents of the government and intensified their severe attacks against clergymen.

Melkom Khan, the founder of Masonry’s hall in Iran was in touch with Hussein Ali Baha. According to the report of Roknudduleh to Amin Al-Soltan in 1308 A.H., Melkom visited Baha in Acre and negotiated.

The relationship between Baha and Manekji which was one of the bridges of the relationship between the Baha’is and Masonries and the British government was important. The political position and the position of intelligent service of Manekji in Iranian transformation, his membership in Masonry lodges of India and running Masonry’s hall and encouraged by the members of his assembly in Iran and the presence of some Babis in the top secret spying organization indicated the gathering of all active people who a planned to overthrow in the form of a secret organization pursuing campaign against religions and being influence in political, cultural and economic aspects of the Muslim nations using new literature based on humanism, the oneness of humane world, unique human government and etc. The role of Manekiji in compiling the history of Bab and Baha and the Baha’is occupation in his commercial firm proves the relationship between the Baha’ism heads and Manekji as the famous Masonry figure in Iran.

The serious presence of the Babis in Masonry lodges and semi-Masonry secret associations indicates the deep relationship between the Azali branch of Bahaism and freemasonry including the presence of Yahya Dolat Abadi, Ali Muhammad Dolat Abadi, Seyyed Jamal Vaez Isfahani, Malek- al- Motekallemin in awareness lodge.

The presence of the Baha’is leader, Abbas Effendi in Masonry lodges in America and giving lecture in Masonry lodges indicate the common aims between these two cults.

Abul Fadhl Golpaygani, one of the Baha’i authors and Abbas Effendi’s disciples traveled to America and was present at Masonry assemblies and gave a speech.

Ali Akbar Foroutan (one of the known and active Baha’is) traveled to Hong Kong as the representative of the universal house of justice and gave a speech in Rotary Club.

Amir Abbas Hoveida is another Baha’i who became the member of Masonry lodge. He has been the prime minister of Iran for 13 years during Pahlavi periods of time. His ancestor was of famous Baha’is. Hoveyda was the member of Foroughi’s lodge. Mansour Rowhani was a Masonry Baha’i. He was the member of Mowlavi, Sa’di and Masha’l lodges. He was also the member of Rotary club. Manouchehr Taslimi was another Masonry Baha’i and was the member of Ibn Sina lodge. Abbas Aram, the minister of foreign affairs was another Masonry Baha’i in Pahlavi government who was the member of Sahar star lodge.

Freemasonry and Bahaism have had common goals in Iran and in the Islamic world supported by the common origin (the crafty British government). The main origin of freemasonry is the Zionistic Christianity.

The deep bond between the Bahaism heads and Zionism and their services to the Zionistic Christianity caused these two movements to be close to each other. The Colonialism is trying to benefit these two as means to break the authority and cultural firmness of the Islamic world to penetrate into the pillars of the Islamic governments.
